I read the hadith and that's why I presented the hadith I presented to you. ALL the relevant hadith have to be used to analyze the issue. It's from all the hadith we make the conclusion.

        • Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said: I have a slave-girl who is our servant and she carries water for us and I have intercourse with her, but I do not want her to conceive. He said: Practise 'azl, if you so like, but what is decreed for her will come to her. The person stayed back (for some time) and then came and said: The girl has become pregnant, whereupon he said: I told you what was decreed for her would come to her.

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported that at the Battle of Hunain Allah's Messenger sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah's Messenger seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that:" And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (Quran 4:. 24)" (i. e. they were lawful for them when their 'Idda period came to an end).
                Sahih Muslim 8:3432

The hadith here mentioned that their husbands fought with Muslims and were overcome. The hadith here makes no mention on whether or not the women's husbands were alive or deceased

Otherwise there'd be no reason to observe an "idda" period if these women were still married.

The hadith here is not indicated on whether or not this was BEFORE the revelation regarding marriage or not.

You are way too amateurish on this.

Great, was this before or after the revelations on marriage?

And such an ignorant and sophomoric debater who doesn't even know any background behind any of the references, such as when it happened, prior to or after a certain revelation or the details behind whether the husbands were dead or alive.

I asked you whether it happened after the verses about marriage, all the verses not just one verse, were all the marriages verses revealed at this time.

If you were so sure that the hadith you mentioned were after the stipulations about marriage, you don't need to search for other hadith.

What threat? You can't even tell me what was the background in the hadith you mentioned, whether the husbands were alive/dead and whether or not the marriage stipulations were all revealed then. You're purely guessing.
