lo, no sunni has ever claimed this where did you get this idea from stop making stuff up

I mean Caliph 1 elected in haste at saqiffa

Amir asked: “When was the oath of allegiance given to Abu Bakr?”

“The very day the Messenger of Allah died,” he (Saeed) replied. “People disliked to be left even part of the day without being organized into a community (jama’ah).”

    (The History of al-Tabari, Vol.1, p.195)

(prophets body and burial were ignored)

It is related by Umar that as they were seated in the Prophet’s house, a man cried out all of a sudden from outside: “O Son of Khattab (i.e. Umar), pray step out for a moment.” Umar told him to leave them alone and go away as they were busy in making arrangements for the burial of the Prophet. The man replied that an incident had occurred: the Ansar were gathering in force at Saqifah Bani Sa’idah, and–as the situation was grave–it was necessary that he (Umar) should go and look into the matter lest the Ansar should do something which would lead to a (civil) war. On this, Umar said to Abu Bakr: “Let us go.”

(Al Faruq, by Allamah Shibli Numani, Vol 1, p.87)

that's what your own shiah website has posted..no explanation needed here the hadith speaks for itself

Umar learned of this (i.e. the gathering of the Ansar at Saqifah) and went to the Prophet’s house and sent (a message) to Abu Bakr, who was in the building…[Umar] sent a message to Abu Bakr to come to him. Abu Bakr sent back (a message) that he was occupied (i.e. with caring for the Prophet’s body), but Umar sent him another message, saying: “Something (terrible) has happened that you must attend to personally.” So he (Abu Bakr) came out to him…

    (The History of al-Tabari, Vol.10, p.3)

we can see form these hadiths that the situation wasnt what you make out it to be Abuaker [ra] even refused Umar [ra] but was force to leave the prophets [sww] body after he was convinced of the dire situation that was taking place in the saqifa.

from the hadith below we can see that your claims of Abubker[ra] missing on the burial of the prophet is absolutely false

The task of washing the body being over, the Companions were divided over the place of burial. Abu Bakr then said: “I have heard from the Messenger of Allah that every Prophet is buried at the spot where he has breathed his last.” The Prophet’s bedding was accordingly removed from the place and a grave was dug for him at the spot.

    (Tareekh al-Islam, Vol.1, p.246)

    --------------------------------
ansar disagreed and there were words and swords raised...

lol you shot your selfe in the foot buddy... that's the reason why ABUBAKER and Umar[ra] left the prophets body... the ansar were ready to declare civil war because a particular tribe would not allow them to appoint their own calif

    we read

(The) Ansar said: “In case they reject our Caliph, we shall drive them out from Al-Medinah at the point of our swords.” However, the few Muhajirs in the assembly protested against this attitude and this led to a dispute and disorder of a serious nature and a war between the Muhajirs and Ansars seemed possible. When the situation took this ugly turn, Mughirah ibn Shubah left the trouble spot and came to the Prophet’s Mosque to relate what was going on in Saqifah Banu Sa’idah.

    (Tareekh Al-Islam, Vol.1, p.273-274
    )

the Reason the ansar were appointing their own man as calif ''Saad ibn Ubaadah'' was because During the Islamic conquest of Mecca he was given the standard to carry by the prophet [sww] his aggressive attitude towards the Quraish, the prophet [sww] took the standard away from him

    we read

When the Apostle of Allah ordered Saad ibn Ubaadah to enter Mecca carrying the standard, he (Saad) became aggressive towards the people and showed the anger he felt against them. He entered Mecca shouting: “Today is the day of slaughter, the day of capturing any daughter.”

Al-Abbas heard him and asked the Prophet: “Haven’t you heard what Saad ibn Ubaadah is saying? I am afraid that he will attack Quraish fiercely.”

(Kitab al-Irshad, by Shaykh Mufid, p.92)

so how can you expect them to appoint him as a calif when the Prophet himself took the standard away from him and gave it to one of the Muhajirs...

as we can see Saad ibn Ubaadah was very militant and aggressive towards the the Muhajirs and the quraish in particular that the reason he was striped of the standard by the prophet [sww] Saad ibn Ubaadah was ready to fight the muhajirun and the quraish, we have a saying in pashto ''the ghumbaso pa jala nast ye'' meaning you are waiting to start a war

it was for that very reason that that Abubaker and Umar [ra] opposed the ansar from appointing him as the calif had they succeeded in doig so there would have been civil war among the ansar and muhajirun with out a doubt.
If any thing you should be thanking them for stopping such an ugly thing from happening.

besides the prophet him selfe said that after his death the leader ship of the ummah be given to the quraish

    we read

    (Tareekh al-Islam, Vol.2, p.22)

It is for these practical reasons that the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) said:

“Our political authority shall remain with the Quraish…as long as they follow Islam.”

    (Bukhari: Kitabu’l-Ahkam)

And the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) warned the Ansar:

“In this matter (i.e. leadership), bring forward the Quraish and do not try to supersede them.”

    (Talkhis al-Habeer, Vol.2, p.26)

    As well as:

“After me, the political authority shall be transferred to the Quraish.”

(Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hambal, vol. 3, p. 183)

The Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) clearly explained the reason for this:

“People (of Arabia) in this matter (i.e. leadership) follow the Quraish. The believers of Arabia are the followers of their believers and the disbelievers of Arabia are the followers of their disbelievers.”

    (Muslim, Kitabu’l-Imarah)

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
caliph 2 elected with the will of caliph 1 (funny seeing as there was no shura for him)

caliph 3 elected with a shura of 6 with Abd rahman ibn auf holding a veto vote ( he being the bro in law of caliph 3 )

i will get back to the rest

        ----------

“Whoever died and in his soul was hate towards Ali, died like a Jew or Christian.”

It should be known that it is not authentic.

        Shawkani said in “Fawaid al-Majmua” (p.373, #72):

. رواه العقيلي عن بهز بن حكيم عن أبيه عن جده مرفوعا وقال في إسناده علي بن قرين كان يضع الحديث والجارود بن يزيد وكان يضع أيضا

“Narrated by Ukayli via Bahz ibn Hakim, from his father, from his grandfather Marfuan. In the chain is Ali ibn Qarin: he fabricated; and Jarud ibn Yazeed: he also used to fabricate.”

In regards to Ali ibn Qarin, Dhahabi said in “Mizan” (#5913):

قال يحيى: لا يكتب عنه، كذاب خبيث. وقال أبو حاتم: متروك الحديث. وقال موسى بن هارون، وغيره: كان يكذب. وقال العقيلى،: كان يضع الحديث. وقال الدارقطني: ضعيف

Yahya said: “He is a wicked liar.” Abu Hatim said: “Matrook ahadeeth.” Musa ibn Harin and others said: “He used to lie.” Ukayli said: “He fabricated narrations.” Daraqutni said: “Weak.”

As for Jarud ibn Yazeed, Dhahabi said in “Mizan” (#1428):

كذبه أبو أسامة. وضعفه على. وقال يحيى: ليس بشئ. وقال أبو داود: غير ثقة. وقال النسائي والدارقطني: متروك. وقال أبو حاتم: كذاب.

Abu Usama said: “He is a liar.” Ali (ibn Madini) said: “He is weak.” Yahya said: “He is nothing.” Abu Dawood said: “Not truthful.” Daraqutni and Nasai said: “Matrook.” Abu Hatim said: “Liar.”

It is indeed a historical fact that Abubakr Sadiq (ra) was present, and he even appointed the place where the prophet (s.a.w.) is now buried, peace be upon him.

              • Well well nasebee... shia of muawiyya and yazeed... you used Al Tabari as a source to defend the caliphs!
This implies u regard it as authentic right?
please look at what Al-Tabari a SUNNI historian relates ... such a disgusting incident ....

Umar Ibn al-Khattab came to the house of Ali. Talha and Zubair and
some of the immigrants were also in the house. Umar cried out:
"By God, either you come out to render the oath of allegiance, or
I will set the house on fire."
al-Zubair came out with his sword
drawn. As he stumbled (upon something), the sword fell from his hand
so they jumped over him and seized him."

                • Bukhari now
Heres how Caliph 2 according 2 him treated with Prophet.... remember Quran orders muslims 2 hear and obey Prophet...
O you who believe, obey Allah, the Messenger, and those in command among you. If you disagree about something, refer it back to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best thing to do and gives the best result. (Surat an-Nisa': 59)
so WHY was caliph 2 claiming 2 knw better????

                  Volume 7, Book 70, Number 573:
                  Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:

When Allah's Apostle was on his death-bed and in the house there were some people among whom was 'Umar bin Al-Khattab, the Prophet said, "Come, let me write for you a statement after which you will not go astray." 'Umar said, "The Prophet is seriously ill and you have the Qur'an; so the Book of Allah is enough for us." The people present in the house differed and quarrelled. Some said "Go near so that the Prophet may write for you a statement after which you will not go astray," while the others said as Umar said. When they caused a hue and cry before the Prophet, Allah's Apostle said, "Go away!" Narrated 'Ubaidullah: Ibn 'Abbas used to say, "It was very unfortunate that Allah's Apostle was prevented from writing that statement for them because of their disagreement and noise.

Abu al-Sahba' said to Ibn 'Abbas: Enlighten us with your information whether the three divorces (pronounced at one and the same time) were not treated as one during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and Abu Bakr. He said: It was in fact so, but when during the caliphate of 'Umar (Allah be pleased with him) people began to pronounce divorce frequently, he allowed them to do so (to treat pronouncements of three divorces in a single breath as one).

First of all, why are you so angry? You turned out to be a rafida after all. No problem, who are the Nasibi , can you tell us that? We admire your overwhelming knowledge, and maybe you can give us some lessons in History of the Nawasib. Thanks in advance,

Ontopic. I already posted an answer to these false accusations. In this topic, which you tend to ignore.

The lie about setting the house on fire can be refuted easily, since the whole story does not have a sanad. At Tabari himself states in the beginning of this book the following:

''I shall likewise mention those (narrators) who came after them, giving additional information about them. I do this so that it can be clarified whose transmission (of traditions) is praised and whose information is transmitted, whose transmission is to be rejected and whose transmission is to be disregarded…The reader should know that with respect to all I have mentioned and made it a condition to set down in this book of mine, I rely upon traditions and reports which have been transmitted and which I attribute to their transmitters. I rely only very rarely upon (my own) rationality and internal thought processes. For no knowledge of the history of men of the past and of recent men and events is attainable by those who were not able to observe them and did not live in their time, except through information and transmission produced by informants and transmitters. This knowledge cannot be brought out by reason or produced by internal thought processes. This book of mine may contain some information mentioned by me on the authority of certain men of the past, which the reader may disapprove of and the listener may find detestable, because he can find nothing sound and no real meaning in it. In such cases, he should know that it is not my fault that such information comes to him, but the fault of someone who transmitted it to me. I have merely reported it as it was reported to me."

                          (Tarikh at Tabari, introduction)

There is also logic and common sense, if you happen to have some:

                          - Umar ibn Khattab (ra) and Ali (ra) where FRIENDS.
                          - Umar ibn Khattab (ra) and Ali ibn Abu Talib (ra) had family ties
                          - Ali (ra) married his daughter off to Umar (ra)
                          - Ali (ra) was an advisor during the Caliphate of Umar (ra)
                          - Ali (ra) named two of his sons after Umar, (Umar al Asghar and Umar al Akbar).
                          - If Umar (ra) did all this, he even warned to burn his house down, he dragged Ali (ra) to give Bayya to Abu Bakr (ra), then why being friends with Umar, why naming his children after him? , why not executing Qisas, why marrying his daughter to Umar (ra)?

You see the logic? Neither Ali was a coward not to do anything after that, nor was Umar a coward to do all that, above the evidences that these mythical crap you are getting in your takkia khaana are false, common sense also testifies by these facts.

The divorce law, Taraweh etc, where not ''changed''. It was, according to what the prophet peace and blessings be upon him had ordered.
