Same thing really if you actually think about it logically.
          firstly slavery is wrong
secondly as mentioned before one is a result of crime committed with full knowledge and the other is because of misfortune at having been born to a slave or being captured... as also mentioned prisoners can not b raped

please quote the verse where it is abolished... I'll be waiting ... remember you infer it is abolished... it isnt... the religion declares itself complete and yet there is no abrogation for verses which allow men to sleep/rape their slaves or to own them... FAIL
not only that but you have stated that the Merciful God you worship allows for rape... very merciful indeed!

You could argue everything is right or wrong depending on the context. Sex can be said to be wrong unless there are certain parameters in place. i.e. marriage, heteronormative etc. Killing is wrong unless there are reasons, i.e. self defense to stop terrorism etc.. Making Money is wrong if it is through ill means i.e. extortion. It only seems sensible that there are contextual situations where slavery too would also have that moral dichotomy.

Ultimately it comes to what serves our collective interests the most and that is determined by our evolution as a speciees.

Slavery is not measured by what someone did to get into that situation, but the situation someone is in when they're there. By that analysis Slavery and Prison is the same. Slaves too also cannot be raped, one cannot sexually violate or coerce your slaves into sexual activity if they desire to remain chaste. it's even in the Qur'an.

There's a hadith regarding this revelation too.

"Musaykah, a slave-girl of some Ansari, came and said: My master forces me to commit fornication. Thereupon the following verse was revealed: "But force not your maids to prostitution (when they desire chastity). (24:33)" (Translation of Sunan Abu Dawud, Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq), Book 12, Number 2304)"

I think maybe you should read more and yep less.

but since its not mentioned, prostitute them with their will all you want. Because through out history, it has been pretty common amongst slaves to have been educated on the subject of their rights and what they deserve and whatnot. O, and while we are at it, they get to choose what their hearts desire for as well.

Incorrect because prostitution is illegal in Islam so that is already covered. Now about the role of slaves, in islam, slaves were often educated and often became leaders and rulers. ever heard of the mamluks?

                      Volume 3, Book 34, Number 430:
                      Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "Allah says, 'I will be against three persons on the Day of Resurrection:

                      1. One who makes a covenant in My Name, but he proves treacherous.

                      2. One who sells a free person (as a slave) and eats the price,

                      3. And one who employs a laborer and gets the full work done by him but does not pay him his wages.' "
Islam doesn't allow rape, not even the rape of slaves.

It's you who claimed that it was rape by calling them sex slaves.

                      • yes, prostitution in it's self is illegal, but apparently, it's okay for someone to enslave the wives and daughters of criminals or murderers and not only that but go on about having a sexual relationship with them with out bothering with nikah. how is that any different than prostitution?? i am sorry but if two people under normal circumstances want to have that sort of a relationship, that is zina but when one of these individuals who (surprise surprise) happens to be an innocent female who is being taken advantage of and is a participant then it's okay. why not enslave the murderer and have them service your wives?? no, that would not be very convenient, would it?? even though it makes sense, it would not be convenient.
most often these slaves were educated. okay, i will believe that, what about the ones which were not educated?? lots of educated people can easily be subjected to emotional, psychological and physical abuse. that doesn't prove ANYTHING.
to be honest, i am not even interested in what happened 100s of years ago. that should be irrelevant because there is nothing that can be changed about crimes that took place that many years ago. but when people like you and the likes of that other filthy arab in here start claiming a license or the legitimacy for your nonsense based on what happened that many hundred years ago, let's talk about it. if it was an effective method, we wouldn't be having this conversation today.

Forgiveness doesn't sound like a bad option just now, does it??
And how interesting that Arabs these days progressed to accepting money in exchange for forgiveness instead of slaves..

                        • Who said the wives of criminals and murderers are accessible without nikkah?

24:32 And marry such of you as are solitary and the pious of your slaves and maid-servants. If they be poor, Allah will enrich them of His bounty. Allah is of ample means, Aware.

                          • So it's better to tie a married women's nikah with yourself because her husband committed a crime or get two married people divorced so you could marry their wife because they committed a crime??
Don't drag me in circles. I have things to do.

Except that would defeat the whole desiring chastity part. Not good with reading comprehension are you.
