The automatically part changes everything, I never said it was automatic, in fact I never qualified which instances such women would want to do that or not.okay so if a person thinks that their "male folks" were guilty and deserved to die, that automatically translates to them wanting to or being okay with sleeping with whoever killed these people??
You can crawl back into your irrationality now.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
Graphic just means depiction, it doesn't have to be purely visual.Originally posted by Al Hanif View PostPornographic contains the word graphic.
Unlike you I never posted any pornographic image on this forum.
You are now ignored for your pathetic attempts at trolling.
So since you were intending to stimulate that acting out this form of sexual behavior , and since rape is a very explicit term, you have engaged in pornography.por·nog·ra·phy
pôrˈnägrəfē/Submit
noun
1.
printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings.
So you're not only blaspheming, encouraging zina and creating mischief, you're contradicting yourself too, which is hypocrisy ( nafaqah) in Islam.
This warrants that you must be punished harshly under the standards of Islamic Law, do you repent?
And by this definition, I have never posted pornography as nothing I have posted was intended to stimulate sexual activity of any form, nor did I ever display sexual organs.Last edited by RevolutionThroughReason; 03-12-2014, 02:41 PM.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
we are not talking about random women, as dreamer mentioned, these are slaves.
in today's day and age, look at the consequences of families trade their daughters to cover up for the mistakes of their sons. how can you justify that??
it should not translate to that, it should not be a factor.
automatic or not automatic, under no law or circumstance should one individual have to suffer from the actions of someone else. islam being a better law than every other out there ( as you all suggest) should never promote this. even if it does, where is our common sense??

I never suggested coercion into sexual intercourse is ever acceptable on women, so you're preaching to the choir here. Or you're inventing conflict where there is none to make yourself feel more important.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
murdering people is acceptable ?
not denouncing crimes is acceptable ?
waging a war against muslims is acceptable ?
striking fear in the hearts of muslim children is acceptable ?
Don't want to be stoned to death ? Don't cheat on your wife.
Don't want to have your hands chopped off ? Don't steal.
Don't want to be a slave ? Don't murder or be an accomplice of murder of muslims.
As simple as that.

Parties to offence
21. (1) Everyone is a party to an offence who
(a) actually commits it;
(b) does or omits to do anything for the purpose of aiding any person to commit it; or
(c) abets any person in committing it.
Common Intention
(2) Where two or more persons form an intention in common to carry out an unlawful purpose and to assist each other therein and any one of them, in carrying out the common purpose, commits an offence, each of them who knew or ought to have known that the commission of the offence would be a probable consequence of carrying out the common purpose is a party to that offence.
Aid[edit]
S.21(1)(b) A defendant is a party to an offence where they do or omit to do anything for the purpose of aiding another person (the principal) to commit an offence. Refers to physical acts or omissions.
Abet[edit]
S.21(1)(c) Defendant is a party to an offence where they encourage another (the principal) with words or acts, and intend to encourage. R. v. Greyeyes [1997] 2 S.C.R. 825
General[edit]
Mere presence at the scene of an offence is not sufficient grounds for liability. More involvement is needed, such as:
encouragement of the principal
an act or omission that facilitates the commission of the offence
an act or omission which tends to prevent or hinder interference with the accomplishment of the offence.
However, presence at the commission of the offence is evidence of aiding or abetting if accompanied by other factors. Dunlop and Sylvester v. The Queen [1979] 2 S.C.R. 881

Well said... Sadly Islam does allow slavery.. It allows sex with slaves... I doubt they get much choice in the matter since even a wife who refuses her husband is "cursed by angels" it does not bother to elaborate what a slave would get for refusal since she is not a wife she is property and sec with her does not need to be preceded by a Nikah ... She can be bought and sold for sex... There is one hadith where the "noble" sahaba were worried about pregnancies resulting from sec with slaves and thus devaluing their worth so they did coitus interruptes with them... Charming!Originally posted by DaZahroJaam. first of all, i don't give a **** for laws of murder in canada. also, sharia is apparently better than what canada is being run on. what you have posted mentions that if she is a part of it, helps commit a murder or is aware but does not inform the authorities with the purpose of concealing the crime, she is a part of it.Originally posted by Al Hanif View PostS.21 Criminal Code of Canada

muslim women whose husbands go out to murder people are not consulted on the matter just as they are not when they are traded in for slavery for the crimes of their family members. okay, DUMBASS??
