your being intellectually dishonest. that annotation does not even make sense. evey pashtun home had a hazara slave? where did these people go, how come we dont have large amount of mixed people surely there must have been some slave owners having kids with their slave women. I can find sikh villages in pashtunland but not hazara villages, whats up with that.

why did he have to make an annotation and not write a whole chapter about it or even dedicate a paragraph or sentence to it.
    the commentary is BS

You're merely speculating your own narrative once again. You've given no reason to conclude anyone else but Abdur Rahman wrote it.
but there is no proof he wrote it, its not in the book its a commentary that was added

Your premise is neither confirmed and merely affirming itself; which is not evidence of anything Raymond
I have went through the references and the emphases on "jihaad" against the Hindu and Shia infidels is clearly noted. I am not arguing that Pashtun are better than Arabs or Arabs are better than Pashtun. This child's play. Just pointing out that slavery was not culturally institutionalized by Pashtun like the Arabs of the peninsula. Slavery was part of their economics and the Prophet PBUH prohibited it in it's truest form which was purely based on owning other human beings by indebt. This is why usury is haram because that's what it does.

Pashtun do have class based castes but their is a clear difference between a servant and slave. A servant receives remittance for their work for example a dam, kasab, nayee, kharkaar or even a kalay mullah. A slave receives nothing and is in bondage of an ultimate form of servitude to his or her master.

If you can reference any thing of a kind like this to Pashtun society, then you'll have a point. Pashtun imperialists campaigns driven by Islamic expansionism doesn't count since the driving factor here was the foreign introduction, although somewhat perverted, but still foreign to their culture.

We can look at that while Arabs had Arab slaves there is no record of Pashtun owning Pashtun slaves even though Pashtun always fought each other and invaded cousin tribes. They preferred either driving one another out or complete annihilation.

Just because it doesnt make sense to you, doesn't mean it didn't make sense to them. You cn't just assume reality fits your narrative.

Your questions are merely "hypotheticals" , Many authors annotate so not to disturb the continuity of their statements. It's done all the time.

The fact any form of Government exists at all amongst Pashtuns, regardless of whether they accept it, debunks the theory of a Pashtuns being like hunter gatherers.
the US militias do accept the constitution, they actually claim that the federal government are the ones not following the constitution. they dont recognize the federal governmnet becasue they beleive the federal governmnet is in violation of the constitution. They are proud americans bearing the american flag.

This subject deserves more than a annotation. authors use annotations on minor details.

Ah well in that case it can be argued that the Government doesn't follow the Constitution and yet they're still a Government. This boomerangs your hypothesis.

Actually it's PRECISELY consistent with your goal posts; you wanted specific records of specific people having slaves. Something that indicates an ACTUAL possession of slaves would thus suffice as records. Your own request actually.

So actually you disregarding this records, would mean that you are changing goal posts; boomerang effect

your err and not know it. first you should know about the militias than you should comment on them.

Not you actually just verified it; Your argument was to show that obedience to the constitution implicates being a Nation; the Government doesn't obey the constitution and they're still apart of the nation.

so your claim is debunked; obedience to a constitution is not proof of not being nation.

Pashtuns enslaved many people, Hazaras, hindus, and even some Sikhs, but that is a minority.

even today, Wealthy Pashtuns do to poor maids what Arabs do to their maids.
