The Quran again promotes a peaceful way of spreading Islam, It doesnt speak of Imperialism non muslims and forcing them to convert. According to them offensive Jihad must be implimented and non muslims must be forced, yet the Quran only speaks of accepting Gods word with choice.

Well, these verses are pertaining to battles that took place. Not about life in general. It was permissible in battles when Muslims were being attacked and massacred, and peace was not working. Hence the rules of declaring jihad.
