It should be OK to ask about sentences as well.

Would it be correct to say: Da lughat de asli pukhtu na dey. (That word is not original Pashtu.)

We can say, "Daa thoraay da Pukhto na dhay" or "daa thoray ar-o-arh da Pukhto na dhay"

I never was aware of this, I always thought it had to do with pand as in "fat" ..
