Human rights are an invention of societies that are violating those writes ever since they have coined them. Look at Vietnam, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Afghanistan Chechniya.

However, the universal human rights are the Islamic rights that people have. And those are the rights coined in the Quran and sunnah. And you have to accept that as a standard if you want to live in Dar ul Islam ( Afghanistan). If you want to live in Dar ul Kurf, then you can enjoy your human rights.

But Afghanistan is the land of Islam. And Muslims are the absolute majority. So people who are disbelievers, apostates and nihilists should'nt live there if they want to enjoy their freedumb.

this means that all sects of islam are either false or correct. Its one or the other. because if they all can coexist then they all must be wrong. Or they all must be true.

Obviously they cannot be true equally. Because the truth cannot be divided into different versions of truth. So therefore when one preaches unity of all sects, what one is really saying is, look: they are all equally wrong and false. So let them be.

But this is not possible. because as Muslims we believe in haqq and baatil. Shi'ism, Qadianism Peverzism etc are all baatil. Quran & Sunnah is haqq. All ohers are baatil.

^How do you know which is right? You don't even understand Arabic nor do you have proper Islamic schooling?

Live and let live and allow Allah to Judge. You can express your belief but don't shove it down people's throat, Sangar!

Islam will prevail, a promise made by the Creator of this universe:

[61:8] They desire to extinguish the light of Allah with the breath of their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

[61:9] He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it.

If I was right in the first part, then there is not a chance that I could be wrong in the second part.

You have no shame. Unfortunately this Ramadhan will be a waste for you. Your heart is very filthy and lacks taqwah.

Allah knows how to deal with you.

Now that we are clear about what we want.

How do you think we can accomplish that.

What will be the basis of our law, if we are all to live under a single roof.

It can be version A of islam as that will exclude B. It cant be B for the same reasons. In fact there is no common ground as amply demonstrated in different statements by Islamists here.

May be we need a set of laws that protects individuals rights to freedom of expression and religion and does not force one to follow a single denomination or exclude others based on it.

Isnt such a system called secular democracy.

So wishing above we are wishing for secular democracy with seperation of government from religion.

Afghan is my nation, and the ahli-hadith are Punjabi servants forwarding Punjabi hegemony over us. Not acceptable to me. I an afghan am the absolute majority in Afghanistan. No GOD or his prophets whether from Riawand or Qadian, or for that matter from the desert land can take that away from me.

Once your Punjabi lifeline (shah-rug) is cut by the infidel Americans, we will see whose kaaba your children turn to.

Your epitaph may very well read:
                Sangar jan.
                *Son of grave worshippers
*Devout servant of Punjab, convert to Ahli-haddith, spitted on his own forefather’s graves, in search of social prominence.
*Father of a brave afghan, who converted back to his 'pir-baba' Islam to protect his afghan qaam.

Baygham wror if I undersrand you correctly you demand for secularism and for all Religions and sects to practice what they want and your asking if the Quran is able to unify us.

Well obviously the law derived from the Quran can unify us since it preaches peace and unity.

We just proved to you above that following the quran leads to multiple interpretations. These ardent followers dont want to live together, please read what sangar wrote as the official representative of the taliban here. This is not just his statement but a statement of most majority scholars of Islam. This is the position in Muhammad time, in chalips time in subsequent monarches and other places where islam is and was followed.

Please educate yourself before you keep saying the same thing over and over with out understanding a word of what you are saying. Zan na kamakal ma joorra wai. Lag khoo akal isthemal kai.

Please give two points in favor of your 'obvious' assumption when your sangar wrore clearly states that it is not in the Quran and gave 100 reasons for his position.

The Quran does not teach peace and unity, it teaches hegemony of one dominant interpretation and blind following for the rest, of that interpretation. Even two interpretations are voilently suppressed at one single time and one single place. So in short even two sects of islam have never lived with equal rights in one place in one time under an islamic government in history and never will.

Whatever. Keep yapping. Just face the reality. Apostate nihilists have no business in Afghanistan.

Once America is gone, all of the nihilists and nationalists will become fertilizer.

The Quran has nothing to do with the "Islam" of Afghanistan. The Quran does not preach subjegation. The Quran promotes peace and unity. The Islam you are talking about is SECTARIAN Islam, not Quranic Islam.

The Quran for bade sectarianism. The Quran for bade the prophet to engage in sectarianism.

“As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, you have no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did.” (Quran, 6:159)

“…and be not amongst those who join gods with Allah, those who split up their Religion, and become sects - each party rejoicing in that which is with itself.” (Quran, 30:31-32)

“Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sects … for he was indeed a maker of mischief.” (Quran, 28:4)

" they broke up into sects only after the knowledge had come to them, due to jealousy and resentment among themselves.” (Quran, 42:14)

After the knowledge of the Quran came to them, these sects emerged over a bloody power stuggle. It has NOTHING to do with Quran.

                        Quran is non sectarian.

“And hold fast, all of you together, by the Rope of Allah and be not divided amongst yourselves.” (Quran)

O mankind, We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into races and tribes, so that you may identify one another. Surely the noblest of you, in Allah‘s sight, is the one who is most pious of you. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Hujurat) 49-13

"Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians -- whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor shall they grieve" (5:69).

                        124. If any do deeds of righteousness,- be they male or female - and have faith, they will enter Heaven, and not the least injustice will be done to them. (4:124)

2.111-112 And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful." Nay,-whoever submits His whole self to Allah and is a doer of good,- He will get his reward with his Lord; on such shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

2:136 - Say, "We believe in GOD, and in what was sent down to us, and in what was sent down to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs; and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and all the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them. To Him alone we are submitters."

3:84 - Say, "We believe in GOD, and in what was sent down to us, and in what was sent down to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and in what was given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them. To Him alone we are submitters."

2:285 - The messenger has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and so did the believers. They believe in GOD, His angels, His scripture, and His messengers: "We make no distinction among any of His messengers." They say, "We hear, and we obey. Forgive us, our Lord. To You is the ultimate destiny."

Quran is non sectarian, peace, freedom and justice. What going on in Afghainstan is the legacy of SECTARIAN Islam. They follow the Sharial law myth. They believe in an absolute monorchy ruled by a dictator like the Pharoah. They believe in no freedom, justice to the fwe, sectarianism to the teeth, and war and not peace. They believe in the so called Sunnah, with each sects having their own Sunnah and each accusing the other of kufr. These are the Shias, Sunnis, Ahmedis, Ismaelis, Zaidis, Abadhis, Sufis, Wahhabis etc. All have their won hadiths and have their own biography and sheikhs. None of which is inspired from the Quran. None.

Quran unites. Sunnah divides. Quran is from God, Sunnah is from man. Quran is revealed by angel Gabriel, Sunnah by multiple men. Quran is universal, Sunnah is tribal.

These sects kill people in the name of Islam and the jizya myth, they kill people in the name of ghazu(conquest) and ridda(apostasy), they rape people in the name of slavery and female captive, they kill prisoners and support dictators and tyrants.

They believe in Abrogation of the Quran. They follow the 5 pillars of Islam myth. They follow Zoroastrian and Talmudic rituals, and follow Byzantinian minority laws.

                        I follow Quran.

You asked a question that can the Quran unify? Anybody with common sense would know that the Quran preaches unity so obviously yes.
That is not true, the supreme court and sharia court in pakistan banned the Qadianis from practicing their version of Islam and labelled them nonmuslim with no voting rights in general elections and only voting on minority seats. Clearly the interpretations of the ayat has much leevay in its interpretation. The safavids converted the whole country of Iran from sunni to shia in only 1501.
Even on this site all the different sects have different formulas for different sects. With clear stance of the taliban (sangar) that others are not to be afforded equal rights.
Even the caliphs sided with this or that faction, Ali fighting ayesha, ibn maawiah, over religious matters and interpretation of quran.

So please the ball is in your court, site one situtation in 1400 years where the ayat has been interpreted as you site. With freedom and equal rites of all subsects of Islam let alone with equal freedom of all citizens.

taking someones right to vote, banning them from participation in public office and other areas of prominence, charging them a seperate dhimmi tax is not compulsion.

                                Baygham ..........................
We don’t care about puston unity what we care is muslim unity and if any pushton who is who is muslim would unite on Quran and Sunnah with us , The Most Exalted, says in His Holy book: O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah with the care which is due to Him, and do not die unless you are Muslims.
And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah's favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided. Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.
Be not like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving Clear Signs: For them is a dreadful penalty(3: 103-105)
In these Holy Ayahs Allah wants to show the Muslims what they should abide by, in order to adhere to Islam. They should stand with Muslim unity, and call for the good and forbid what is wrong. They should reject any dissent and fragmentation having been guided to what they should follow through Allah's Book and the Sunnah of His Prophets . Allah swt didn’t just say be unite whatever happens no he says unite on Quran and Sunnah ... now this Quran and sunnah is given us some guidlines what to do what not .Implement the Allah of is must ruling on Islamic sharia is must .as Allah swt orders it in his book .. Sura Maida ayat 44 .. And whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such are the Kâfirûn i.e. disbelievers ) .Now you would see some so called muslims who like jews take half of the book and leave half </SPAN>And Allah condemned the Jews saying: "Do you, then, believe in part of the Book and disbelieve in part?" (2:85). When Allah says rule on sharia why don’t you.so with these kinda people first you invite them to Quran and Sunah tell them this is what quran says .. if they don’t listen then fight with .. as Allah swt says his book that making fitna is worst then killing . same is mentioned in sura al hujrat 9 (8) And if two parties or groups among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both, But if one of them outrages against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which outrages till it complies with the Command of Allâh; then if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be equitable. Verily! Allâh loves those who are equitable.Same about those who worship graves and do other things which can take out of islam if they don’t listen them fight them. So who are the people diveding this ummah? Those who don’t listen to Quran and sunnah or those who are inviting them back to quran and sunnah?
(That is not true, the supreme court and sharia court in pakistan banned the Qadianis from practicing their version of Islam and labelled them nonmuslim with no voting rights in general elections and only voting on minority seats. Clearly the interpretations of the ayat has much leevay in its interpretation. The safavids converted the whole country of Iran from sunni to shia in only 1501.) i hope your not Qadyani . yes they don’t have that right . simple if you have a school and three teachers come to teach .you ask them all how much is 2 +2 ... one says 4 and other 5 and 6 which one would you let in your school? First one and you wont ban the other two from your school. Same with us we are 150% sure about islam that we are on the right path and this is the right way.not giving them rights to preach or being involved in politic s is logical .. they would plan against Islamic state so who would allow a enemy to be their leader or ?why don’t western countries don’t alowe a Muslim to be there leader ?
