Jamaludeen, I thought Arcturians are the star trek people..why you think they are Jins?
Lol, the 4th dimension is quite shady..well possibly the UFO's and Jinnat live with that intelligent imam in the fourth dimension
P.S. I liked the introduction of 4th dimension in this apparantly one-dimensional space...just curious, do you study physics?

There are people out there, who are seeing and talking to a race called "The Arcturians"? Could it be that these Arcturians are jin who have disguised themselves? We all know that the Jins can take any shape or form? well you tell me

        Dera manana erlangner!
Unfortunately we have less Ajmal Khattak Baba(s) and more Jins!
The meaning of his poetry and as much the 'if and only if' of logic be realized only, when mind is set free from the clutches of fanaticism.

"These dry mullahs destroyed and are destroying and keeping backward Pashtuns and we should get rid of them instead encouraging them, proving everything from their intrepretation of the Hollay Quran and Hadith as per their wish.
This trend should be strongly discouraged."

I agree with you in my all spirits. However, I am skeptical if there are any chances of lotuses raising from the mud without being unsoiled seeing the dangerous trend here and elsewhere--mixing everything with religion and oblivious to logic.

Why is it always necessary to establish the supremacy of religion every now and then?

Useful logical conversation is needed. They just there is a verse in the Holly Quran, We did not creat human beings and Jinnat, but to worship Allah. If there is no material body of Jinn, then how you interprete this verse as per your wish what does the jinn mean?
Ajmal Khattak has one poem, Jannat, where he described Jannat (Paradise) as different people wish it. The same thing is about Jinnat. Minds of these fanatics are locked from hearing, seeing, thinking any logic except their owns. and a simple deviation from their point of view can give you a name of Kaafir?

Zar de sham la geeray, dagha swal da lewani wawra
Nom pe da kafir ma gada, da de ghazal jawab ke.

These dry mullahs destroyed and are destroying and keeping backward Pashtuns and we should get rid of them instead encouraging them, proving everything from their intrepretation of the Hollay Quran and Hadith as per their wish.
This trend should be strongly discouraged.

Is this a logic for the presence of jinnat, ya it is described in Quran, then the discussion is over.

Hairan, your effort is like a fresh breeze in the suffocating environment that has wrapped us like dark clouds, unfortunately.
These 'karishmati' mullahs can make us fool because we allow them to do so. My senses have given up after reading this absurd tale!
Kudos to your bravery! Keep it up!

Also I told him that if the jinns did exist, they may have been able to read all these forums and discussions. So if they have some ghairat, they may show themselves on one of these forums. None showed up. May be they are sleeping or busy in lavish parties.

Also, I knew a mullah who claimed that there were about 4000 jinns under his control. He was a staunch supporter of shaira punishments. And he said the jinns stole lot of things from the people in the area. But he never said that the thieve jinns should be punished and their hands cut.

If believing in the existence of Jinns make me a 'firm' muslim, I would rather prefer to loose that 'firmness',lolz...

              Rihana guley!

Ever heard about Prions? If not, let me tell you. These are infectious agents of extremely small size; the only organism made up entirely of protein with no DNA (all organisms are made up of either RNA/DNA); they cause fatal diseases and there is no treatment available currently; and they destroy the neural tissue in brain making a cow mad (mad-cow disease)!!

The discovery of Prions was first reported in 1960s. No religious text has predicted/mentioned their presence. If this is not present in Quran, do you reject it's existence? Do you reject the H1N1 pandamic of last year because it was not present in Quran or Bible?

If Jins are present, I should be able to see them as much as I can see Prions and H1N1 influenza virus which are normally invisible and have to magnified millionth times under the microscope to prove their existence.

Nah, nah! Sabrina guley!!I did not...trust me..I am just unable to see those 'Piryaan' that are supposedly existing
Thanks for the kind words (I mean it!!) but I beg to disagree with the notion that it's (my presence) gonna make that big of a difference for others. We are just sharing and defending our perspective on the issue (the survival of the fittest). The females here on PF, harbor excellent faculties of intellect and put me in utter awe!

Oh and the male community deserve a huge round of applause too (that was diplomatic tactic...i hope it works out-phews!!)LOL

The answer to your question is NO. No, I don't believe in thier existence.
There are people who share my viewpoint. I think we should be able to come with a consensus in near future that should serve as conclusion for this debate

We have been wanting to meet one for the past 20 years but always end up with mullahs who claim to control many but don't show anyone of them to us. Please don't forget to let us know if you ever met one.

Can you specify which God you are talking about? There are many religions in the world and all of them have different ideas about their gods. I have never tried to meet our own Muslim God because the mullahs tell us that he is far away above the heavens and beyond reach. It was just by chance that I saw some Hindu gods when I was in India. By the way, are you also trying to meet God, or you just changed the idea and now want to meet God instead of a jinn? Because in your earlier post you said you were looking to meet a jinn. What's your priority? Whom you want to meet first?

I wrote an article for the Monthly SAHAR, VOICE of Pashtoons, for the May 2010 edition regarding Mullahs attitude.
Here in this thread I am seeing agian that the thread was for if Jinnat exists, the answer can be yes or no. If someone answers yes, then how their existance can be proved experimentally or philosophically. Ok, I accept, Quran used the word Jinn, many times. But what does it mean? This is the real topic for discussion.
Ya we know Prophet Suleman was given control on Jinn, but what were these jinns?
Also Prophet Muhamamd taught Jinns, what were these things, and How the Prophet used to communciate, if these are not in material.
Many issue are there to be discussed and understand.
Just to say, Quran described the jinns and jinns are the things or creatures which my dear fanatic Mullas says and consider and we should accept them as per their wish and follow the big dirty turbans, long beard. Never never and never.

                              Ghani Khan Baba again:

Gora sta da noor ao khaist na, bad rangi (ugly mulla) tyara chapera

I am really sorry these fanatics does not let us to discuss the reall issue. It is their way to react, just to creat such a chaos where no one hears the reality, just their voice.

Also the friends who believe in no-existance of Jinns, they should also have arguments for it.

There is no "which" God or "the Muslim God" and "the Jewish God". There is just one God for all. This is the central belief of Islam..
