You are equating getting offended with taking physical action.

I am sure Dr. Paul or any other decent person would expect decent actions from others and be offended, but not violent in response.

In that same way, there is no shariah law about what happens to a Non Muslim that burns a copy of the Quran. There is shariah law about how to deal with military actions and militaries that threaten a Muslim state. So a Ron paul equivalent Muslim has a right to be offended, but may just ignore Terry Jones (who lives elsewhere and doesnt impact his autonomy). An occupied nation may respond entirely differently and with much more vigor.

Its also not against the law to insult Obama's mom or race, but Jimmy Carter took offense to the innuendos. Does that make Carter violent?

we know this, and similarly while I don't know the full details of this event. I am a believer that care people took care of these manuscripts was because they were rare pieces of documents and if the huffadh died and such items were destroyed there was a chance for these items to be lost..

I can respect that, but now it's become a blind sacrament. We're no longer people of Tawhid, but people of iconography.
Still doesnt explain the way the Prophet viewed that Mushaf. The exact wording of the text is so that the Quran doesnt fall into enemies hands. The massive corpus of ayaahs and hadith available indicates a reverence (not worship)... otherwise why did he just not say "hey guys dont take the Quran into enemy territory cuz paper is valuable and we dont have enough of it."?

I would say it does; our disagreement here is a difference of opinion

Mate I asked if you were daghaljayshamar from when you first signed on because I reckognized your style of messaging, that was all. Anyway you've proved what a nutjob you are, you've effectively diverted and blanked what I said completely to something that is totally irrelevent and from your figment of imagination.

Whatever floats your boat and wish you best of luck on the day of qiyamaah, your gona need it.

Don't you rather over estimate your own ability to 'shock' Muslims into awakening? You are just one minuscule corner of the internet, but are more likely to fall into the much larger trap of people who by their actions, ends up demonising common Muslims for their reaction to it.

which is why before I actually burn a Qur'an I will present communique regarding what I see as the real nature of Islam , of belief and what we need to do. If the Muslims still grieve after that, they deserve neither respect nor sympathy from anyone

You have no proof at all form the text in any form. My opinion finds basis in the exact verbatim wording of the text and Malik's explanations. Can you cite the exact portion of the text that all leads credence to your theory? It also works against your view in that Muwayaahs troops seemed little concerned with recycling when they hoisted gazelle skin pages onto spears and got the response from the final rightly guided caliph they hoped to illicit.

Basically its like me imposing what I want into something like:
There is no God but God and Muhammad is his Prophet

doesnt negate the theorized prophethood of Bahaullah (a false prophet)

or for that matter the fact that the bahaais say Khatim un nabiyiim represents not finality but rather a status. They reference contemporary work to buttress their view point that has no basis at all in contemporary theological works.

So it appears you and the Bahais will have to have a discussion as to what can be interpolated into texts and where limits are.

Also, what I would present for your consideration is that one of your gripes with the Wahhabites is not thinking before doing things like razing graves in Mecca and Medina or bombing a poet's shrine in Kandahar right? So isn't this a bit like that? Their logic is not so far off in terms of eliminating the tangible and what we can see, smell, feel, and hear with the senses that could be equated with the Highest of Holies as these things are... so for instance, if they got ahold of the cloak that Omar donned in the Ahmad Shahi Masjid and they decide to say: "its not the cloak of the Prophet that is to be cherished... its his guidance and example." and then they lit it up... what if they used your video as a reference for an educated American Muslim agrees with them?

Because you have been rejected by this "young lady" you spoke off you are now ready to blemish and insults Muslims and Islam

                            You are an infidel

Before you try to gain traction here with your Quran burning plans, I'm sure you will be banned from this site

There is something #^%$ed up in your head

This is the Internet. People around the whole world see what you write

                            And say

Next you will start insulting the Prophet (pbuh) and then Allah(swt)

You are not one of us, but a follower of Shaitan.
