How am I losing this debate?


People like you, who are pakistani/pashtuns have a hard time getting a visa to America because they have "muslim" names. Yet you pretend that you are embraced by Bush and Obama as victims of the taliban's brutalities?
The English came to your native country, subjugated your people, and literally white washed you out of your heritage, and I am the one losing the debate, in grace?
Look at your self my friend - if anything, the taliban are the last of the pashtuns. If tomorrow the Taliban are wiped out from the face of the planet, so are the pashtuns. The rest will assimilate with Pakistani's bollywood culture, like you have...or the N.A hollywood culture.

Did the Taliban instigate the war? Did they go to America that ****mitar is now asking "what is talibans excuse"? Why is brother killing his own brother? Does that make sense to you?

You folks are suffering from a severe case of inferiority complex so you project what you dislike over your pashtuniyat on to the taliban. You paint them as barbaric savages who willfully kill and maim their own kin and blood out of lust...but the truth is that you have been so taken out of the heart of Afghanistan that you cannot understand them, or feel their pain. You and ****mitar can't relate to those people who live in the mountains, fighting the worlds most advanced military army in the history with nothing but rusty guns and ammunitions....

So basically, you are arguing that just because the strains do *exactly what evolution states should happen*, evolution is wrong?

The existence of drug-resistant strains is due to the environment changing, so they evolve to be better suited to the new environment. When the environment changes *BACK* they are not guaranteed to still be best suited for the environment, so the unmutated strains now, once again, have an advantage over the mutated.

This doesn't even address the fact that even if the wild strain flourishes, the mutated ones still survive and spread -- they are just sub-optimal outside their niche.

Nothing in evolution garantees that all mutations are optimal for all environments, only that the surviving mutations are *more optimal* than the original strains *for the new environment*.

This is something that is taught in introductory biology -- in Jr. High.

Indeed I did, and I already explained exactly how your logic was flawed based on that video. Just because a strain evolved to be better suited in a modified environment does *not* mean it is better suited in the unmodified one.

That's just common sense. You clearly have no understanding of evolution if you think that the modified strain is guaranteed to be better suited than the original in all cases.
