The Taliban prior to 2001 did have alot of support in the Pashtun areas of the south and were tolerated in other Pashtun areas. They were not accepted anywhere else because of their brutal persecution of Shias and to some extent non-Pashtuns.

After 2001-2003 they changed into a ruthless organisation that kills those people who they claim to fight for.

There safe havens, training facilities and even their tactics on the field indicate hardly that they lack the support a guerilla movement needs to win a war by weakining the enemy by outsourcing him.

This has clearly not happened from a military point of view nor does their retreat to places outside Afghanistan indicate they a militia from the people but mercinary-like entities.

And you still didn´t answer my questions about how to finance a guerilla movement. Your "every Pashtun has a rifle" remark is not just stupid, it lacks any sense.

The Veitcong also fought an insurgency and retreated back and forth across the border into Cambodia (hence American extending the conflict there). So on the one hand, as Dr. Kakar proves, the Taliban were an accepted entity and they suffered NO insurgency against them. Yet, they are able to derive sustained manpower against the Karzai government. For each Talib they kill, two more are ready to be utilized. Suuuure, that shows just how unpopular they are. Sardar Muhammad's killing Karzai sure shows just how HAPPY the commoners are with the oligarchs and the Farsibaan utilizing American firepower to oppress the native goals. Answer my question. So Muhammad (S) told us that the prescribed punishment is stoning. How do you reconcile calling yourself a Muslim, yet referring to divinely ordained punishment as barbaric or out of date?

For that matter the Quran prescribes hand cutting. Can you explain when you became a messenger of God to overturn rulings by the individual that Muslims call the Seal of Gods messengers?

When did God unseal the messenger lineage to make Mustafa1919 a messenger?

The short answer is that if that Muslim superpowr stationed troops outside of the vatican and supported a group of jews to occupy Bethleham and supplanted the native population... and they fund that movement with arms and massive cash infusions... Id say the superpower had practiced interventionalism where its founding fathers, George Washingtonzada, Thomas Jeffersonzai, and others had asked it not to. They basically bought it on themselves.

Your original query had nothing to do with the death penalty the title of the thread is not about that. Thats a whole different discussion. Its about stoning. So once again, regardless of your views on the death penalty, please elucidate for us why you and Muhammad (S) disagree on stoning? and why you and the Quran disagree on hand cutting?

The problem with Your argument is it assumes America had an intrinsic right of entitlement to begin with.


Part of being a grown up is recognizing who has a valid justification and who doesn't. Perhaps you should grow up and realize just because you're in the direction of the guy shooting you doesn't mean it's his right to do so.
