If you're worried about your family finding out, why would you tells us your tribe originates from Waziristan and now lives in Logar. Seriously that's a VERY small number of people, that's a very slim number. Any observing family member would know. If they aren't that perceptive they probably wouldn't be looking at these threads either, so most likely wouldn't matter if you mention your tribe.

How would you know they're from Waziristan yet not speak Pashto well? If you know this information, I'm almost certain your Pashto-spealking family knows this information much more so. This is pretty tight information.

You've already kind of done that with your story, I mean, I don't think you're not Pashtun, but the inconsistency in your story suggests you probably a few generations removed from direct Pashtun cultural associations.

Well hey'd have to put the clues that you're Canadian, claim a tribe from Waziiristan originally and Logar before they can conclude mentioning a certain tribe has to be you. Because if the tribe exists outside of Wazisirtan, then it could be numerous places. So they'd need to pick up those clues too. HOWEVER if they're not that ambitious to do that, it would not be a "give away".

It's not THAT much work considering it's ALL in this thread and more over, The same amount of work would need to be put into any direct claim of your tribe..... because they'd need to read through the whole thing before they see the part where you mention your tribe.

I bet I could easily determine your tribe. I know the Tribes of Logar and could ask HoP about the tribes of Wazisirtan since he's from there about.

Simple Pigeonhole principle would narrow it down. All I need to do is make a thread and people with basic knowledge of tribes could narrow it down, But it'd draw attention to your background. Which would make it much easier for anyone interested to know to put clues together.
