Romanian nationalist video terming Russian soldiers in Transnistria as "invaders".
If the south-eastern regions of Ukraine break away and either become independent or federate with Russia, Russians will have a direct land border with Transistria and with Moldova (an ethnically Romanian state) and Romania.
This means a stronger Russia with more power and influence over Europe and thus the world. The American coup in Kiev would have backfired and be one of their biggest ever geo-political defeats.
Canadian military man found naked and covered in blood near where police located stabbed Russian diplomat

OTTAWA — Police are investigating a bizarre stabbing that left a Russian diplomat lying about his wounds and an employee of the Canadian Forces naked inside an Ottawa apartment.
A man is in custody after police were called to an apartment in the Sandy Hill neighbourhood Friday morning.
A diplomat had been stabbed in the back and slashed on his arms, apparently after an argument at the building at 400 Stewart St. The victim, 44, was taken to hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
Sources told the Citizen a man pulled a knife on the diplomat and started to slash him, forcing him to flee to the lobby of the apartment building, where he was found by police and paramedics.
Officers went into the apartment unit to find an employee of the Canadian military naked in bed with blood on him and a knife lying on the ground.
The victim initially refused to talk to police until his diplomatic representative arrived at the scene. Paramedics said he appeared intoxicated and was belligerent to both police and emergency responders.
The diplomat told paramedics that his injuries came from dog bites and refused treatment. He also refused to answer questions from police. Police cuffed and arrested another man, a Canadian, at the building, which is located one block away from the Russian embassy. It is home to many people who work at embassies in the capital region.
Police said the detained man was being questioned but they could not immediately comment on whether criminal charges would be laid. Police could also not confirm if the man taken into custody was the military employee who was found in the bed.
Sources told the Citizen that the victim was drinking with a man in one of the apartments when an argument broke out. It’s not yet known what the two were arguing about.
A Russian interpreter was brought in by police to assist the investigation.
“Obviously we have a language issue where we require a Russian-speaking person,” Ottawa police Insp. Murray Knowles said.
RCMP have been involved in the investigation but all of their police vehicles had left the scene of the incident by late morning Friday.
Ottawa police central district investigators are leading the investigation.
On Friday morning, a section away from the main entrance of the building with couches was cordoned off by police. Investigators were then led up to the apartment involved.
The Canadian Forces confirmed that military police were initially called to scene of the investigation by Ottawa police.
“It was quickly determined that the Ottawa Police Service is the force of jurisdiction in this matter,” said Capt. Joanna Labonte in an emailed statement.
Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird said that while his department is disturbed by media reports and has been in touch with the Russian embassy, there is no information to indicate that the stabbing was politically motivated at this time.
“Allegations of criminal incidents in the City of Ottawa are under the jurisdiction of the Ottawa Police Service,” Baird said.
*This attack on a Russian diplomat just "coincidentally" happened at the same time when America organized a coup in Ukraine and is threatening Russia with sanctions.
The current Canadian government is subservient to America.
Russian diplomats have been attacked in states allied to the US before e.g. in Qatar home to the US Gulf military command.

Media sources are claiming that far right Ukranian nationalists helped by police who have to obey orders from the Kiev regime have been attacking pro-Russian demonstrators.
Ukraine is now under proxy-American control, with the man Arseny Yatseniuk who the US state department figure, Victoria Nuland and wife of neo-con ideologue Robert Kagan, clearly wanted to be installed as leader now in charge.
Nuland refers to Yatsenyuk as "Yats". The phone call was monitored by Russian intelligence and leaked. It has become notorious as Nuland said "F*** the EU".

China's ambassador to Germany, Shi Mingde, has told Reuters the EU should not impose sanctions on Russia. "We don't see any point in sanctions ... Sanctions could lead to retaliatory action, and that would trigger a spiral with unforeseeable consequences. We don't want this," Shi said.
* China is trying to de-escalate the situation by calling for restraint and responsible behaviour.
It is not clear however if China or other BRIC members will send troops to form a BRIC peacekeeping force in the Crimea.
Members of the BRICS. The international community is calling for calm and restraint.
- China has spoken against sanctions on Russia by the West.
- India has defended Russia's "legitimate" interests.
- Brazil has made no comment.
The international community e.g. China, India and many others are clearly against the west's aggressive policies and behaviour towards Russia.
Brazilian leader, Dilma Roussef, with Putin. Roussef's government is furious with the American regime over spying.
Brazil is the biggest state in Latin America and the undeclared de facto leader of South America. A strong Brazil means a strong south America, which is stronger against the bully and terrorist state to its north, the USA.
There seems to be no major statement by the Brazilian government on the Ukraine crisis and western sanctions and threats against Russia.
Brazilian armed forces.
There is no indication that the Roussef government would send Brazilian peacekeepers as part of a BRICS peacekeeping force in the Crimea and as a general attempt by the international community to restrain Western aggression against Russia.

Brazil Plans to Build Aircraft Carrier, Defense Minister Says
By Raymond Colitt Mar 11, 2014 4:31 PM GMT
Brazil plans to build an aircraft carrier with a foreign partner as part of an effort to enhance its military readiness, Defense Minister Celso Amorim told reporters today.
“The idea is for it to be built in Brazil, probably based on an existing project,” Amorim told a group of foreign correspondents. Latin America’s largest country will require a new aircraft carrier within 15 years and will modernize its existing one in the meantime, Amorim said.
Brazil has stepped up spending on military equipment in recent years as it seeks to beef up its defense mostly of natural resources, from deep-sea oil to fresh water. “We are indeed a peaceful country, but no way will we be a defenseless country,” President Dilma Rousseff said last year.
In December the government chose Saab AB (SAABB) over Chicago-based Boeing Co (BA) and Paris-based Dassault Aviation SA (AM) to supply 36 jet fighters worth $4.5 billion. Until these are ready, Sweden may provide older model Gripens to the Brazilian Air Force, Amorim said.
European Aeronautic, Defence & Space Co. is carrying out a 1.9 billion-euro ($2.6 billion) order to supply Brazil with 50 helicopters. France’s DCNS SA and Brazil’s Construtora Norberto Odebrecht SA are building five submarines in Rio de Janeiro state, costing the government 9.6 billion reais through 2015, according to Defense Ministry data. One will be nuclear powered.
An American scout-attack drone was intercepted in the Crimean sky, the Rostec state corporation reports. "Judging by sidemarking, the MQ-5B drone was part of the 66th US brigade of military intelligence with the main location in Bavaria," the report on the website of the corporation reads.
According to the report, at the beginning of March, the American brigade was relocated to the Ukrainian Kirovohrad, from where drones commit reconnaissance raids in the direction of Crimea and Russian border areas.
Earlier, they reportedly appeared in the Kherson region, in the area of the Crimean roadblock Chongar. "According to some data, the American reconnaissance brigade had 18 MQ-5B drones in its arsenal. This is the second time the American UAV is intercepted over Crimea," the report says.
"The drone was at the height of about 4 thousand meters and was practically invisible from the earth. It was possible to break the drone’s link with its American operators with the help of the EW (electronic warfare) complex Avtobaza. As a result, the device made an emergency landing and passed into the possession of the self-defense forces almost unbroken," the report says.
Will these anti-Russian Kiev forces kill Ukranians?

Syrians Hackers Break Into US Central Command Network
on March 15, 2014
Hackers loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad say they have accessed US military documents after penetrating the network of US Central Command (CENTCOM).
The hackers, who call themselves the Syrian Electronic Army (SEA), say they targeted CENTCOM after US President Barack Obama announced a “decision to attack Syria with electronic warfare.”
In a message on its Twitter account on Friday, the group claimed to “have already successfully penetrated many central repositories.”
“In the coming days we will update you with specific details and hundreds of documents that the SEA has obtained,” the group said.
The group has also been linked to a number of high-profile cyber activities, including its more recent hack of Forbes magazine.
Last month, the New York Times revealed that the United States was developing a battle plan against Syria that featured a sophisticated cyber attack on the Syrian military and the command structure of the Syrian government.
The US National Security Council met on February 21 to explore what one US official called “old and new options,” the report said, referring to a US plan in 2011, when the Pentagon and the US National Security Agency first examined the use of cyber arms against Syria.
Caitlin Hayden, the spokeswoman for the National Security Council, said that
in 2012 the US president “signed a classified presidential directive relating to cyber operations that establishes principles and processes so that cyber tools are integrated with the full array of national security tools.”
