For Iran, to at one point state and use rhetoric that they wish to wipe Israel of the face of the earth- and to make it clear that this is the cornerstone of some supposed "Anti-Zionist/Axis of resistance" policy- thats stupid.

To state that "an attack on Syria is an attack on Iran" as Iran did a few months ago, and then to not do anything the very next day when Israel airstrikes targeted Assads forces- is plain stupid. What happened to the "Axis of Resistance?"

Iran is directly supporting a war against poor and parsley armed Sunnis in Syria. Instead of trying to erase the Sunni-Shiite divide, they have widened it.

They do not have the interest to fight other well armed countries, especially Israel. They only wish Israel didnt take their public threats seriously enough to consider taking action against them.

Iran is banking their hopes on a diplomatic breakthrough with the P5+1 group that they think will ward of an Israeli war against them.

    This is called being stupid.
    1. This was both a general statement about Persians historically and the current Tehran regime to an extent.

Historically traditional Islam has intellectually been dominated by Persians e.g.

'Uloom ul Hadeeth: Bukhari, Tirmidhi, Muslim.

    'Uloom ul Quran: Tabari, Zamakshari

'Uloom ul Fiqh: Abu Hanifa, Ghazali

Language: Sibawee, greatest Arabic grammarian of all time is Persian.

As people they are sharp, though some tend to be a bit arrogant and dishonest.

    2. The Iranians have helped Assad to stay in power from a point when he seemed almost certain to be defeated.

You are right Assad does not have large parts of the country, but the same is the case for Pakistan or Burma. He has the capital and ports and airports and the machinery of the state.

    He is in a war.

Make no mistake, Assad is an unpleasant character and the Baathists in general. However the Americans and their proxies are even worse.

However the American plan in Syria is to destabilize it and create massive bloodshed there. If someone is opposed to the US' involvement in Afghanistan, they should logically be opposed to their involvement in Syria.

There are many other things about this war and there is some information here which I can't share but suffice to say that Russia and China have agreed that Syria is a red line.

After Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya they will not allow the US to invade or destroy any more countries.

Not out of a sense of morality but for their very own long term survival and national interests.

I have been hearing for a few weeks, and the Turkish Newspaper Hurriyet is reporting, that the Obama Administration has stopped providing aid to the 'moderate' Syrian rebels.

This is reportedly in response to radical rebel groups expanding their control over areas in northern Syria, especially the border crossing and routes which had been being used to supply the 'moderate' rebels in Syria.

This year the Syrian armed opposition has essentially fallen apart.

            - Public support for them among the people of Syria has evaporated.

            - Their numbers have decreased due to casualties, desertions, and a lack of people joining their ranks.

            - That the Syrian armed opposition essentially consists of fragmented radical groups supported by other countries has become more and more well known in the West.

            - These groups now devote most of their efforts to fighting each other and the Kurdish groups in northern Syria, and Syrian government forces have retaken control of most of western and southern Syria.

The Turkish military has also begun to prevent groups of rebels from crossing into Turkey, and to arrest, disarm, and immediately deport back to Syria rebels who are able to cross the border into Turkey, and to respond with tank and cannon fire on rebel positions in Syria when mortars or shells from rebel controlled areas land in Turkey.

The Western-recognized Syrian political opposition is also disintegrating. There are plans for a Geneva II conference to be held in about a month but there is now no opposition group available to attend it.

The SOC made some noises about attending it but the SNC, the largest group in the SOC, has stated that they will leave the SOC if a decision to attend the conference is made.

Most of the rebel groups in Syria have also stated that they no longer recognize the SOC or SNC.

Today the leader of the Western-recognized Syrian opposition stated that they will not attend talks in Geneva next month unless their preconditions are met, the primary one being the removal of President al-Assad.

            - It seems like after being scared by the Russians (and Chinese) the US is now:

            - Being nice to the Iranians

            - Wrapping up their whole Syria project

This has huge implications and means that the US plan to destabilize Russia and China by using radical Islam ("clash of civilizations) won't be going ahead (for now).

If this had happened (the Americans are planning an Afghanistan-style conflict in Russia's Caucasus region using "Jihadists") this would have led to a lot of suffering, misery and instability.

Well done to the Russian and Chinese governments and militaries for preserving peace.

Putin alleged to have threatened the American regime with nuclear war over Syria.

Yet another American defeat in addition to:

            - US being kicked out of Vietnam

            - US being kicked out of Somalia (Blackhawk)

            - US being kicked out of Lebanon

            - US being humiliated in Cuba (bay of Pigs)

            - US being defeated by Canadians in 1814 and having their presidential palace burnt down so having to repaint it "white", thus "white house"

            - US being defeated in Bangladesh in 1971 with the defeat of its Pakistani proxies.

            - US spy planes shot down by China and being forced to apologize.

            - US drone being shot down by Iran.

            - US being forced to back down by North Korea many times after making threats and military exercises with the south.

The US only targets the weak and is scared of normal opposition.

The Russian bear and Chinese dragon have terrified and defeated the American "eagle" (chicken).

It seems like the alleged Russian threat of nuclear war has had its effect on the American, Turkish and Saudi regimes.

This was a long time coming, especially since the American-backed Qataris beat up the Russian ambassador a while ago. This obviously had the backing of the American regime.

Qatar is the centre of the US military in the gulf and an American satellite state.

Though the Russians did not react when the Americans through their proxies the Qataris beat up their ambassadors, they knew that instead of ambassadors getting beaten up if something was not done Russian civilians would be being murdered and massacred in the long run by America and its proxies.

Vladimir Putin has saved his country and preserved global peace.

The Saudis are now the latest regime to fall in to line.

Thousands of Saudis are estimated to have travelled to Syria to fight with rebel forces [Al Jazeera]

Saudi Arabia's highest religious authority, the grand mufti Abdulaziz Al al-Sheikh, has told young Saudis they should not go to Syria to fight in the civil war.

Saudi Arabia has backed the rebels battling Syrian President Bashar al-Assad sent weapons, and called on world powers to "enable" Syrians to protect themselves.

"This is all wrong, it's not obligatory," the grand mufti said in a lecture, according to a report on Monday in the Saudi newspaper Al-Hayat.
Young Saudis urged to avoid Syria war - Middle East - Al Jazeera English

Why is it that the "Saudis" - a country where women can't drive and foreign workers are daily tortured, humiliated and sometimes killed and raped - became so "concerned" about democracy in Syria?

Why is it then that after almost three years of encouraging Saudis to go and fight in Syria, the "Saudis" are now - through their Mufti - discouraging people from doing so?

This is what a poster on the Al-Jazeera website thinks:

              Mussana SUNDON • 12 hours ago −

The thing is the Mufti knows once these fighters are done with Assad ( The Monster) , the Saudi monarchy and its appointees (He in fact is their appointed) will be next so in reality they are taking measures to safeguard themselves instead of having any real concern for these men.

BTW these fighters give a d@mn about the Saudi monarchs or their appointed muftis and their concerns

Which is pretty much what Reuters says as well:

(Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's grand mufti, the highest religious authority in the birthplace of Islam, has urged young Saudis to refrain from fighting in Syria.

The kingdom has backed the rebels battling President Bashar al-Assad, publicly calling on the world powers to "enable" Syrians to protect themselves, but is wary that fighters could return home ready to wage war on their own dynastic rulers.

Anyway it is clear that the Russian bear is still a global power which can scare regimes across the world. Since the alleged Russian shooting down of American missiles:

              - The British parliament (a rubber stamp assembly) mysteriously voted against bombing Syria:

              - The Americans humiliatingly backtracked.

              - Turkey has *mysteriously* jihadists" and has bombed them.

              - Saudi is winding up its support of "jihadists".

Putin has put all of these monkeys in line.

                    Pentagon withdraws forces from Syria

                    VOLTAIRE NETWORK | 10 NOVEMBER 2013

The Pentagon has announced the retreat of aircraft-carrier USS Nimitz and of guided-missile destroyer USS Graveley from the Eastern Mediteranean.

The only war vessels left in this region are one aircraft-carrier (USS Harry Truman), two destroyers (USS Stout and USS Ramage) and one cruiser (USS Monterey).

The United States are therefore reverting to the level of deploying they had before the Syrian chemical weapons crisis.

Russian Navy to enhance potential with new stealth and noiseless submarines

                        20.02.2014

The Russian Navy will greatly enhance the potential of its constant group, including in the Mediterranean Sea, by introducing 636.3 project submarines in the Black Sea Fleet. This was announced by Navy Commander Viktor Chirkov during the ceremony to mark the start of construction of the new diesel-electric submarine Krasnodar for the Black Sea Fleet. The ceremony was conducted at "Admiralty Shipyards" in St. Petersburg.

"The group in the Mediterranean Sea will be absolutely self-sufficient by the nature of tasks. In general, overall objectives of the constant group in the Mediterranean are clear - to avoid slightest threats to security and borders of the Russian Federation," said the admiral. On May 1, 2013 a special department was set up to supervise the group - operational command in the far sea zone.

At this point, in the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea, there are 12 warships and support vessels of the Russian Navy, including heavy nuclear missile cruiser "Peter the Great" ("Pyotr Veliki") and heavy aircraft-carrying cruiser Admiral Kuznetsov, said the Admiral.

"To date, the ships have successfully completed the task of ensuring multiple shipments of Syrian chemical weapons in cooperation with the Chinese Navy and navies of other countries mobilized for this operation. The work on the plan continues," said the commander.

On board "Peter the Great," there is a coordinating command center, which includes representatives of the navies that participate in the transportation of Syrian chemical weapons by sea.

As for the Black Sea Fleet of Russia, in the future it will have one of the most noiseless and powerful submarines in the world, Chirkov said.

"The program to build six submarines of Project 636.3 for the Black Sea Fleet is being implemented timely. The submarines of this project will be based on the Novorossiysk naval base. The tests for these submarines will be conducted at the Baltic and Northern fleets. The first 636.3 project submarine will arrive for the Black Sea Fleet in 2015," the admiral said.

He noted that during the construction of six new submarines, there were new technical solutions introduced that helped improve stealth and low noise technology, increase the possibility of airborne weapons systems, acoustic and life support systems.

According to Chirkov, Russia plans to build non-nuclear submarines of new generation. The new subs will be even harder for potential enemy to detect. The Russian Navy is to have new submarines before 2050.

                          *** RUSSIA ON RED ALERT****

                          - Security Council of Russia has met, the highest national security organization in the country.

                          - The Russian Army is almost certainly in a state of red alert and possibly poised to cross the border to take control of ethnically Russian areas of Ukraine that will proclaim independence and refuse to be under the control of the Kiev government.

Leaders in east Ukraine vote to take control of their areas

                          KIEV Sat Feb 22, 2014 9:47am EST

(Reuters) - Leaders of mainly Russian-speaking regions of eastern Ukraine that are loyal to President Viktor Yanukovich challenged the legitimacy of the national parliament on Saturday and said they were taking control of their territories.

The move appeared to increase the possibility of a split in the sprawling former Soviet republic of 46 million, despite denials by the leaders that this was their intention.

The Kiev parliament has passed a series of measures that would reduce the president's powers and pave the way to the formation of a national unity government and early presidential elections.

Mikhaylo Dobkin, Governor of Kharkiv region in northeast Ukraine, told regional leaders meeting in the city: "We're not preparing to break up the country. We want to preserve it."

But a resolution adopted at the meeting said: "The decisions taken by the Ukrainian parliament in such circumstances cause doubts about their ... legitimacy and legality."

It added: "The central state organs are paralyzed. Until the constitutional order and lawfulness are restored ... we have decided to take responsibility for safeguarding the constitutional order, legality, citizens' rights and their security on our territories."

One speaker urged the creation of civilian patrols to restore order. Another said those gathered should fear reprisals if anti-Yanukovich protesters in Kiev seize power in the whole of the country.

With people at the meeting chanting "Russia! Russia!", the atmosphere contrasted with the mood in the capital Kiev where protesters want the Moscow-backed Yanukovich to resign.

Yanukovich said he had no intention of quitting or leaving Ukraine and declared all moves taken by parliament on Saturday to be illegal and amounting to a "coup d'état", Russian news agency Interfax reported, citing a television interview.

A day after Yanukovich signed an agreement with the opposition to relinquish some of his powers, his opponents were in control of the presidential administration and the Interior Ministry responsible for the police turned its back on him.

The regions represented at the meeting - Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Lugansk and Crimea - have a population of 14.4 million. Most are important industrial centers and Russia's Black Sea fleet is based in the Crimean port of Sevastopol.

                          TALK OF A SPLIT

Many politicians have warned of a looming partition in Ukraine, which broke peacefully from the Soviet Union in 1991, since people took to the streets late last year to protest against Yanukovich for spurning political and trade deals with the European Union. Western Ukraine is broadly pro-EU.

Some Ukrainians are also worried by calls in Crimea for the region to again become Russian territory, nearly six decades after Kremlin leader Nikita Khrushchev - who was a Ukrainian - redrew internal Soviet boundaries to make a gift of the peninsula to Ukraine.

"The revolution has been won in Kiev, in part of Ukraine, but not in the whole of Ukraine. We still have many risks," said Volodymyr Fesenko, a political analyst at the Kiev-based Penta think-tank.

"If Yanukovich appears and ... proclaims an alternative power in Kharkiv or in Donetsk - it will mean that we have two countries. The most serious risk now is the possible division of the country. The crisis is not yet over."

Russia has strong cultural, historical and economic ties with eastern Ukraine, and some factories there have contracts with the Russian military. Some Russians do not think of Ukraine, the cradle of Russian civilization, as outside Russia.

Alexei Pushkov, an ally of President Vladimir Putin and chairman of the foreign affairs committee of Russia's lower house of parliament, attended the meeting in Kharkiv.

"If there is stability anywhere in Ukraine right now, it's in those regions that are represented here today," he said.

This, he said, was in contrast to "western regions where buildings have been seized, where there are weapons, APCs (armored vehicles) and the destruction of authority."

Andriy Sadovy, mayor of Lviv in the west, voiced concern that Ukraine could lose control of some of its territory and told a news conference: "We won't give up one centimeter of Ukrainian land to anyone."

Putin has made clear he does not want Ukraine to move out of what he considers Russia's sphere of influence, and agreement on a $15-billion Russian bailout plus a cut in how much Ukraine pays for Russian gas helped persuade Yanukovich to pull out of the planned deals with the EU at the last minute in November.

A Kremlin aide, Sergei Glazyev, has floated the idea that Ukraine could become a federation giving more power to its regions - a move, he said, that might enable eastern regions to join a trading bloc led by Russia.

That call has been taken up by parliamentarians in Moscow, fuelling speculation that this - or some form of annexation of Russian-speaking areas - may have the Kremlin's backing.

*Russia is making it clear it does not want Ukraine to split. However if it falls under the control of American-backed elements who have launched anti-government activities than Russia may simply annex eastern Ukraine. Eastern Ukraine is ethnically part of Russia anyway and would want to join Moscow.

                          - Russia is also making it clear that nothing can happen to the Crimea Region which is majority Russian and hosts an important Russian naval base.

                          - The 5 areas which have declared self-government over their own areas includes the Crimea.

The other 4 are Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk.

The first three are right next to the Russian border, the last Dnipropetrovsk is in the east next to those three regions.

If American-backed operations in Kiev lead to the disintegration of Ukraine it is in fact a victory for Russia and a defeat for the US. Russia keeps its naval bases and increases territory. The new US-controlled Ukraine becomes smaller, with less population, less income and a smaller economy and a huge psychological burden of having lost a big portion of its country.

                          - The Russian bear is outplaying the American "eagle" (snake).

This is a win-win for China anyway as it watches the bear and eagle fight each other and weaken each other.

Putin ordered an urgent drill to test the combat readiness of the armed forces, flexing Moscow's military muscle amid tension with the West over Ukraine.

                            World Bulletin/News Desk

President Vladimir Putin ordered an urgent drill to test the combat readiness of the armed forces across western Russia on Wednesday, flexing Moscow's military muscle amid tension with the West over Ukraine.

Putin has ordered several such surprise drills in different Russian regions since he returned to the presidency in 2012, saying the military must be kept on its toes, but the crisis in neighbouringUkraine gave them added geopolitical resonance.

"In accordance with an order from the president of the Russian Federation, forces of the Western Military District were put on alert at 1400 (1000 GMT) today," the Interfax news agency quoted Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu as saying.

The western district encompasses most of western Russia and borders Ukraine, which lies between NATO nations and Russia.

Forces must "be ready to bomb unfamiliar testing grounds" as part of the drill, Shoigu told aDefence Ministry meeting.

Putin has made no public comment on Ukraine since President Viktor Yanukovich was driven from power over the weekend after months of political turmoil sparked by his decision to spurn deals with the European Union and improve ties with Russia.

The United States and European nations have warned Russia against military intervention in Ukraine, a former Soviet republic that Putin has called a "brother nation" and wants to be part of a Eurasian Union he is building in the region.

Russian officials have said Moscow will not interfere in Ukraine, while accusing the West of doing so, and Interfax cited the speaker of the upper parliament house, Valentina Matviyenko, as saying on Wednesday it would not use force.

But Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday that Russia's interests and its citizens in Ukraine were under threat, language reminiscent of statements justifying Russia's invasion of Georgia in 2008, when he was president.

Shoigu said the drill would be conducted in two stages, ending on March 3, and also involved the command centres of Russia's Air and Space Defence forces, paratroops and long-range aviation as well as some troops in central Russia.

In the two-day first stage, military units would be brought to "the highest degree of combat readiness" and would be deployed to testing areas on land and sea, Interfax quoted Shoigu as saying.

The second stage would include tactical exercises and involve warships from the Northern and Baltic Fleets, he said, and some warplanes would move to combat airfields.

No mention was made of the Black Sea Fleet, which is based in Sevastopol in Crimea, where tension over Ukraine's turmoil is high because of its presence and a large Russian-speaking population.

Shoigu said the drill would also test the counterterrorism measures in place at military units. Russian officials have referred to some of the Ukrainian opposition forces whose protests pushed Yanukovich from power as "terrorists".

Democracy Murdered By Protest: Ukraine Falls To Intrigue and Violence

                                By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts
                                Global Research, February 24, 2014

Who’s in charge? Certainly not the bought-and-paid-for-moderates that Washington and the EU hoped to install as the new government of Ukraine. The agreement that the Washington and EU supported opposition concluded with President Yanukovich to end the crisis did not last an hour.

Even the former boxing champion, Vitaly Klitschko, who was riding high as an opposition leader until a few hours ago has been booed by the rioters and shoved aside. The newly appointed president by what is perhaps an irrelevant parliament, Oleksandr Turchynov, has no support base among those who overthrew the government. As the BBC reports, “like all of the mainstream opposition politicians, Mr. Turchynov is not entirely trusted or respected by the protesters in Kiev’s Independence Square.”

In western Ukraine the only organized and armed force is the ultra-nationalist Right Sector. From the way this group’s leaders speak, they assume that they are in charge.

One of the group’s leaders, Aleksandr Muzychko, has pledged to fight against “Jews and Russians until I die.” Asserting the Right Sector’s authority over the situation, Muzychko declared that now that the democratically elected government has been overthrown, “there will be order and discipline” or “Right Sector squads will shoot the *******s on the spot.”

The *******s are any protesters who dare to protest the Right Sector’s control.

Muzychko declared, “The next president of Ukraine will be from Right Sector.”

Another Right Sector leader, Dmitry Yarosh, declared: “the Right Sector will not lay down its arms.” He declared the deal made between the opposition and the President to be “unacceptable” and demanded the liquidation of President Yanukovich’s political party.

The Right Sector’s roots go back to the Ukrainians who fought for Adolf Hitler against the Soviet Union during World War 2. It was the Right Sector that introduced armed fighters and turned the tide of the protests in Kiev from peaceful protests in favor of joining the EU to violent attacks on police with the view of overthrowing the democratically elected government, which the Right Sector succeeded in doing.

The Right Sector did not overthrow the Ukraine government in order to deliver it into the hands of the Washington and EU paid “opposition.”

There is a tendency to discount the Right Sector as a small fringe group, but the Right Sector not only took control of the protests away from the Western supported moderates, as moderate leaders themselves admitted, but also the Right Sector has enough public support to destroy the national monument to the Red Army soldiers who died liberating Ukraine from Nazi Germany.

Unlike the US orchestrated toppling of the stature of Saddam Hussein, which was a PR event for the presstitutes in which Iraqis themselves were not involved, Ukrainian rightists’ destruction of the monument commemorating the Red Army’s liberation of the Ukraine had public support. If the Right Sector hates Russians for defeating the Nazis, the Right Sector also hates the US, France, and England for the same reason. The Right Sector is an unlikely political party to take Ukraine into the EU.

The Russian parts of Ukraine clearly understand that the Right Sector’s destruction of the monument commemorating the stand of the Red Army against the German troops is a threat against the Russian population of Ukraine. Provincial governments in eastern and southern Ukraine that formerly were part of Russia are organizing militias against the ultra-nationalist threat unleashed by Washington’s stupidity and incompetence and by the naive and gullible Kiev protesters.

Having interfered in Ukraine’s internal affairs and lost control, Washington is now issuing ultimatums to Russia not to interfere in Ukraine. Does the idiot Susan Rice, Obama’s neoconservative National Security Advisor, think Putin is going to pay any attention to her ultimatums or to any instruction from a government so militarily incompetent that it was unable to successfully occupy Baghdad after 8 years or to defeat a few thousand lightly armed Taliban after 12 years? In only took a few hours for Russian troops to destroy the American and Israeli trained and armed Georgian army that Washington sent to invade South Ossetia.

Where does Obama find morons like Susan Rice and Victoria Nuland? These two belong in a kindergarten for mentally handicapped children, not in the government of a superpower where their ignorance and arrogance can start World War 3.

Ukraine is far more important to Russia than it is to the US or EU. If the situation in Ukraine spirals out of control and right-wing extremists seize control, Russian intervention is certain. The arrogant and stupid Obama regime has carelessly and recklessly created a direct strategic threat to the existence of Russia.

According to the Moscow Times, this is what a senior Russian official has to say: “If Ukraine breaks apart, it will trigger a war.” Ukraine “will lose Crimera first,” because Russia “will go in just as we did in Georgia.” Another Russian official said: “ We will not allow Europe and the US to take Ukraine from us. The states of the former Soviet Union, we are one family. They think Russia is still as weak as in the early 1990s but we are not.”

The Ukrainian right-wing is in a stronger position than Washington’s paid Ukrainian puppets, essentially weak and irrelevant persons who sold out their country for Washington’s money. The Right Sector is organized. It is armed. It is indigenous. It is not dependent on money funneled in from Washington and EU financed NGOs. It has an ideology, and it is focused. The Right Sector doesn’t have to pay its protesters to take to the streets like Washington had to do.

Most importantly, well-meaning but stupid protesters–especially the Kiev students–and an Ukrainian parliament playing to the protesters destroyed Ukrainian democracy. The opposition controlled parliament removed an elected president from office without an election, an obvious illegal and undemocratic action. The opposition controlled parliament issued illegal arrest warrants for members of the president’s government. The opposition controlled parliament illegally released criminals from prison. As the opposition has created a regime of illegality in place of law and constitutional procedures, the field is wide open for the Right Sector. Expect everything the opposition did to Yanukovich to be done to them by the Right Sector. By their own illegal and unconstitutional actions, the opposition has set the precedent for their own demise.

Just as the February 1917 revolution against the Russian Tsar set the stage for the October 1917 Bolshevik Revolution, surprising the stupid “reformers,” the overthrow of the Ukrainian political order has set the stage for the Right Sector. We can only hope that the Right Sector blows its chance.

The American media is a useless news source. It serves as a Ministry for Government Lies. The corrupt propagandists are portraying the undemocratic removal of Yanukovich as a victory for freedom and democracy. When it begins to leak out that everything has gone wrong, the presstitutes will blame it all on Russia and Putin. The Western media is a plague upon humanity.

Americans have no idea that the neoconservative regime of the White House Fool is leading them into a Great Power Confrontation that could end in destruction of life on earth.

Ironic, isn’t it. America’s “first black president,” the person liberals thought would restore justice, morality, and reason to Western civilization, is instead now positioned as the person who will have to accept humiliating defeat or risk the destruction of life on earth.

The Neo-Nazi Right Sector’s roots go back to the Ukrainians who fought for Adolf Hitler during World War 2. It was the Right Sector that introduced armed gunmen into the protest movement in Kiev

                                1. America has organized the illegal and unconstitutional overthrow (coup) of a democratically elected president, who was pro-Moscow.

                                2. Ukraine is on the borders of Russia with millions of ethnic Russians and is more important to Russia than Mexico is to America.

America declares events half-away across the world as matters of "national security" concern, but believes Russia should have no role in a country where millions of ethnic Russians are loyal to the motherland.

                                3. Putin has made it clear to the American regime that he is furious over this illegal coup in Ukraine and ethnic Russians in Ukraine are forming defence bodies to defend themselves against the new illegal neo-Nazi allied Kiev regime.

                                4. Crimea will remain under Russian influence (i.e. Russian base) if not secede or federate with Russia. Anything else and there will be a nuclear war.

                                5. The Erdogan regime in Turkey is a key if not the most important part in the American regime's "clash of civilizations" plan (plan to use Muslim world, radical "Islamists" against Russia, China, the EU etc) and the US plan was to elevate Erdogan's Turkey in to a major world player. Thus when the Americans carried out operations in Ukraine, Erdogan's regime was supposed to speak belligerently in favour of Turkic Tatars in the Crimea.

However Russia, China, Iran and Syria have all worked together and undermined Erdogan and Turkey's power, especially last year e.g. Iranian/Syrian intelligence involvement in PKK operations as well as the Gezi uprising.

Gezi uprising against the American-backed Erdogan regime in Turkey last year. The uprising and subsequent corruption scandals have seriously undermined the Erdogan regime.

The American regime had long planned to use the Turkic/Islamic card in the Crimea against Russia i.e. Crimean Tatar nationalism. There are even reports of radical "Islamists" now present in the Crimea.

However it seems that Putin's strong actions e.g. Russian war exercises and mobilization of 0.1 million soldiers has scared the Obama regime and Putin is prepared to free eastern Ukraine from the new illegal fascist-allied Kiev regime.

a: Most likely if push comes to shove, ethnically Russian regions of Ukraine will secede and form a separate republic allied with Russia but not a direct part of the Russian federation.

                                b: If that happens

i: Ukraine will lose most of its coastal territory.

ii: Russian-controlled land will expand further west.

iii: The coup in Kiev will be seen to be a failure resulting in the break up of Ukraine.

iv: America will be seen to be weaker than Russia who internationally will be perceived to be more powerful than people think.

v: This American failure and fiasco in Ukraine will be another in a series of defeats in Syria and Iran where they have been humiliated.

vi: Eastern European regimes such as Poland and others will lose confidence in the ability of the American regime to back them up.

vii: Major European powers such as France and Germany may seek to develop greater European involvement in affairs on the continent and seek to decrease American influence on the continent, knowing full well that America seeks nothing but to destabilize Europe.

The illegal coup in Kiev organized by the Americans is setting them up for one of their greatest humiliations ever. As usual, Putin has outplayed and checkmated the Washington regime.

Putin, has ordered the mobilization of 0.1 million Russian troops close to the border with Ukraine. Russia may send in troops to protect ethnic Russians in the Ukraine if they are targeted by the new fascist-aligned regime in Kiev.
