as 5 refrences u might wanna look up ur sahih hadith which Ive posted that Mutah was allowed and banned not by prophet but by the 2nd caliph

Anyone who follows the AHLE SUNNAT WAL JAMAT and its teachings are on Haq, all the rest are deviants. Alhumdolillah I follow the teachings of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamat wich are as follow:

And as far as Shia Mutah is concerned ,you deliberately missed those parts of our SUNNI Hadiths where Caliph Hazrat Ali (R.A) said the following about muttah ,prooving you wrong:

    Ali (رضّى الله عنه) said:
“The Messenger of Allah had forbidden Mutah on the day of Khaybar and had forbidden the eating of the meat of domestic donkeys.” [Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmizy, Ibn Majah, Nasa`i, Tahawy, Shafi’i, Bayhaqy, and Hazimy]
Ali (رضّى الله عنه) said to a man who was engaging in Mutah:
“You are a straying person, the Messenger of Allah has forbidden temporary marriage and the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaybar.” [Muslim and Bayhaqy]
When Ali (رضّى الله عنه) was given the Caliphate, he thanked Allah Most High and praised Him and said:
“O people, the Messenger of Allah had permitted Mutah three times then forbade it. I swear by Allah, ready to fulfil my oath, that if I find any person who engages in temporary marriage without having ratified this with a proper marriage, I will have him lashed 100 stripes unless he can bring two witnesses to prove that the Messenger had permitted it after forbidding it.” [Ibn Majah]
Imam Muslim has narrated that according to Mohammad Bin Abdullah Bin Numayr who said:
“My father had narrated to us according to Ubaidullah according to Ibn shahab according to Alhassan and Abdullah the sons of Mohammad bin Ali according to their father according to Ali that he heard Ibn Abbas being lenient towards temporary marriage, so he said, ‘wait Ibn Abbas, the Messenger of Allah had forbidden it on the day of Khaybar when he also prohibited the meat of domestic donkeys.’” [Sahih Muslim]
    Narrated Ali (رضّى الله عنه):
“Allah’s Messenger forbade the temporary marriage in the year of Khaybar.” [Sahih Muslim and Sahih Bukhari]
    Narrated Ali (رضّى الله عنه):
“At the battle of Khaybar, the Prophet forbade the temporary marriage (i.e Mutah) of women, and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses.” [Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Ahmad, An-Nasa’i, At-Termidhi and Ibn Majah have all collected it]
It was narrated from Ali (رضّى الله عنه) that:
The Messenger of Allah forbade Mutah marriage and the meat of domestic donkeys at the time of Khaybar. According to another report, he forbade Mutah marriage at the time of Khaybar and he forbade the meat of tame donkeys. [Narrated by Bukhari, 3979; Muslim, 1407.]

Now who are you deceiving with your Taqiya ( holy lies) ?

If you still love Muttah. I have one question for you. Would you give your sister in Muttah ( temporaralily marriage) to any man for a short time so he can enjoy her (because that is what muttah is sexual enjoyment of the woman for a specific time) , and then when this man "divorces" your sister from that specific muttah period, and the next man turns up for muttah will you pass your sister in muttah to the next man and so on ....?

Its a fair question ,answer it.

The only confusion is in your own head.
                    Mutah Forbidden in Stages

The reality is that Mutah was permissible in the early days of Islam, but was eventually banned categorically by the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم). This is very similar to wine, which was at first permissible in Islam, and it was only later in time that the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) forbade it. The prohibitions against wine were expounded slowly over a period of time. In the beginning, drinking wine was permissible and many of the Sahabah did it. Then, the Quran declared that wine was harmful and bad. After some more time, the Quran forbade approaching prayer whilst drunk. After the people had become accustomed to this, it was only then that they were ready so that Allah and His Messenger (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) completely forbade wine.

Why did the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) first allow wine and then later forbid it? This was only because Islam was revealed in stages, and the faith was going through a transitional period, with the Shariah being expounded during the life-span of the Prophet. If the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) had not banned wine in stages, and instead had he (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) simply banned wine immediately, it would have been very hard for the early Muslims who were accustomed to wine-drinking, which was a hobby of the pagan Arabs. Many of them were early converts and their faith was weak. They had an addiction to wine, and many of them would become apostates if wine was suddenly banned outright. So, the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) banned wine in gradual stages so that it was easier on the people.

Likewise, Mutah was a hobby of the pagan Arabs. Hence, it was not forbidden in the beginning. This is because Islam was in a transitional stage. The Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) initially allowed Mutah on a few occassions because there were many new converts to Islam who had weak faith. They were often in times of war away from their wives, in which their desires got the best of them since they were not accustomed to the chastity of Islam. In order to prevent the apostacy of these new converts over the issue of Mutah, the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) did not forbid Mutah immediately. (And these are the Hadith which the Shia quote to “prove” that Sunnis believe in the permissibility of Mutah.)

Once the Muslims became stronger in faith, the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) categorically banned the practise of Mutah.

Now you should watc the following video and listen to it carefully. The SUnni Imam is giving you Hadiths from your own SHIA books that mutah is forbidden!

wht confusion???? ur hadith state that the 2nd caliph ordered it and that it was well established even in the 1st caliphs time... why didnt he stop it? besides the narrations are from the sahaba.... are u saying that they disobeyed and did something that was banned?
and when will u get it in2 ur bigoted head? that Im not advocating muttah???????
but interesting that u chose the wine example... I agree the ban on wine was transutional but it was backed up by a revelation in the Quran.... now the hadith in the sunni collections are contradictory in nature as to regards 2 who banned muttah ... the prophet or the 2nd caliph yet there is no quranic verse showing its ban and far fronm being a "hobby" its mentioned in the quran (4:24)

                              1. It's hypocritical of you to call wahabis "takfeeris" when here you yourself are calling others "deviant" (and hence you become a "takfeeri" aka wahabi) LOL, sorry I just find this funny.

                                .

Yeah I know what HALALA is , but if you are even thinking about comparing MUTAH ( temporarily marriage to have sexual pleasure with a women i.e prostitution, for a time limit) with Halala, then you need to check your brains.

                                What is HALALA?

Halala means that the divorced woman marries another man and consummates the marriage with him, and then he either dies or divorces her for some reason. She now becomes free to marry her first husband after her Idda (waiting period) is completed. One must remember that for the woman to enter into marriage with another man on the condition that he divorce her after consummating the marriage, is extremely disliked. This arrangement has been considered accursed in the Hadith, even though it will free the woman to marry her first husband again (Radd al-Muhtar 2:540/ Darse Tirmidhi Vol. 3 Pg. 399-401).

The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: "Allah curses the one who marries to make a woman Halal for her husband, and the one for whom this is done (i.e. the first husband and the woman)" (Ahmad, Nasai, Tirmidhi). Therefore, this course of action is severely prohibited.

However, if a person without any precondition marries the divorced woman purely for the sake of making her free to remarry her first husband (and does not let anybody know of his intention), is considered to have done a praiseworthy deed. After consummating marriage with him and gaining a divorce she will become free to marry her first husband again. (Fathul Qadeer Vol. 4 Pg. 34/ Al Bahrur Raiq Vol. 4 Pg. 58)

The best course of action in the case in question is for the women to unconditionally marry someone else and hope that he divorce her. After this, she can be free to remarry her previous husband.

A man is entitled to take his wife back twice after two respective Talaqs and for a third time also before the expiry of her Iddat after he gives her a Talaq for the third time. But after that the separation is irrevocable. She is then free to be married to any other person of her choice. If then in the normal course of life a dispute between them develops leading to first Talaq by the second husband, she is again free to be married to any person of her choice including the second husband (by whom she has got the first divorce) and also including the first husband as well.

The relevant point here is that a Halala cannot be planned in advance, as a Nikah between her and the second husband with an understanding of a divorce afterwards will not be valid. If she does so, it will be an illegitimate relationship with the second husband and with the first husband also with whom she comes to live after a pre-planned Halala. The Prophet (Pbuh) has cursed both such men who perform Halala and for whom Halala is performed. The second Caliph Hazrat Umar ruled during his reign that he will punish with stoning to death, those who perform a pre-planned Halala. Imam Sufian Sauri says: “ If someone marries a woman to make her Halala (for her ex-husband) and then wants to keep her as wife, he is not permitted to do so unless he solemnises a Nikah afresh, as the previous Nikah was unlawful.” (Trimizi)
