Do those books show that these "Egyptian magic codes" have anything to do with what is found in ta`wiz? If so, which book?

Brother, labeling another Muslim as a kafir is haram and dangerous.

These claims of "he said such and such" are often unfounded and untrue.

Failing to do takfir on taghoot or in other words, those who invite people to worship them is by itself a sin.

It is clear from the video that they attempt to kiss his feet and he attempts to stop them.

Kissing the hands and feet of scholars is permissible. Prostration, of course, is haram.

people with different perspectives have different perceptions. To one it might look as people are prostrating and kissing his feet. And to another it looks like people are preventing one another to bow and kiss feets.

But the question is, how come you don't see people bowing and trying to kiss the feet of Sunni scholars? How come only Sufi scholars have this magical feature in their feet that attract men like excrement attract flies?

First, brother, you should note that there is music throughout the video when you post it.

One or two persons seem to be in an emotional state (one can be seen weeping). They sit with their heads lowered, in an emotional state. You see him console them after several people get them up.

None of this is basis for takfir, brother. We should be quick to find excuses for our brothers, not quick to declare them kafir.

Their website has something in response to the posting of these videos. It answers your questions further: Do people prostrate themselves before Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri?

This is bad adab, brother. If not for the scholars whose feet you are referring to (they are Muslims), then at least have respect for the readers on the forum.

May Allah guide us to that which pleases Him.

at the start of the video on the left side, look at it very carefully does he look like he is dancing, or doing any thing other then sujud, am not talking about the guy in whites

plus the guy who passed out was in the middle of the croud away from the area where they were making sujud
