what changes did it bring after u used it?
do you even believe in the power of amulet?
Some people use it for good things and other for evil things.

    Amulets are of two types:
1 - Amulets with numbers, symbols and anything other than the Quran.
    2 - Amulets containing Quran.

Regarding the first. There is no doubt this is haram and depending on the persons intention. It can be shirk also. The generality of the ayahs and ahadith clearly prohibit this. No muslim scholar has ever permitted this. Unless it is a mushrik with a muslim name.

As for the second category. Than this is disputed. No one has ever said it is fard or sunna. What is disputed is if it is OK to do.

Remember what is disputed is usign the Quran as an amulet.

Anything other than this is haram and shirk.

Yeh this is clearly haram. It is an ancient belief of numerology. the sufis adopt this from their pagan forefathers.

they believe numbers have a esoteric relationship. With life and everything else.

because its putting faith and attributing powers 2 one other than God which = Shirk = jahanam

Yea, I don't believe in the so-called power of tawezoona whatsoever, I don't have faith in them.
But.. if ever.. someone made me a tawez and handed it to me so it would protect me, I think I'd keep it forever.. Not because I believe that it has some powers.. but because it would mean the world to me that someone went to take this action just for my protection. Yeaa call me crazy lol but to me, a tawez means nothing on a spiritual level.. but a LOT on a very emotional and personal level. =)

Daa zma lewanay Zrra gorah, daa sta lewanee Mina..
Za ba da Sahra warnakam da Iran pa Golestan,
Dalta za yao & yakta yam, halta zar zma pa Shaan
              .

That's part of the ideology of certain extremist sects. They accuse the vast majority of Muslims of shirk. They use this as their justification for fighting and killing Muslims around the world. They infiltrate Muslim countries and attempt to spread their extremist ideology, and when the Muslims of those countries reject it, they fight and kill them. They have been attempting to do this in Afghanistan, but alhamdulillah Islam is strong in Afghanistan and Muslims are aware of the corruption of this ideology.

Yarr kho me laro da bal cha sho,
da daroghjan mulla de wark shi taaweezoona.

I am not against it. It has more cultural importance than religious. It is now a part and parcel of the Pashtoon culture. I like it, although dont believe in it.

The number of followers does not justify an action or realm a belief to be correct. This is the beauty of Islam. What is wrong remains wrong. No matter how many or who holds it.
