Can you show us, with reference to the works of scholars who have researched this, how "ancient Egyptian magician codes" have anything to do with what is written in a ta`wiz? What does the science of abjad have to do with these "codes of ancient Egyptian magicians"?

Come one brother. Let's not shove our heads in the sand. You must have opened one of those taweez with those numbers and codes. You can still buy them in Kabul from pirs. It is rsearched. In fact I've seen a document comparing the two. The other day when we were discussing the subject, I searched for the document. But I have forgot the title. I will ask around if anyone still has a copy of the document.Originally posted by Mujib View PostCan you show us, with reference to the works of scholars who have researched this, how "ancient Egyptian magician codes" have anything to do with what is written in a ta`wiz? OH! We opened a taweez twice and one of them said in arabic "In that name of ------- (name of a jinn)...blah blah"
Then another time we opened one and it had a weiiirrdd diagram and like numbers and random stuff. (I'll try to find the pic!) No where did we see any Quran in any of these amulets. Better safe than sorry, no?
I desire that which is Just - House of Dukemina.

There are plenty of Egyptology books deciphering those codes and explain how those codes were ways to communicate with various "gods" Egyptians use to worship.Originally posted by Mujib View PostCome two, brother. the problem with tawiz is that people usually proper medication with tawiz. i was in laghman a while ago and one of our relatives, a young child of 10 years old got bitten by a scorpion but instead of taking him to the hospital ''jalalbad'' they wasted the the time looking for a mullah/pir to to cure him. at the kid died on the way to the hospital because by the time they realised the mullah wasn't able to help it was too late
sorry for my poor punctuation

A friend of mine got married to a lady and his sisters and nieces didn't like his wife. So they went to the mullah and invested lots of money in a big load of taweez they got from him. They shoved those taweez in every corner of the house where the newly weds were living. Once the lady found one taweez, she got suspicious and kept searching and ended up finding more than 20 taweez in every corner of the house. All of those taweez contained codes and funny words and names. She could not understand what those taweez were for. So finally her husband got really angry and the sisters and nieces confessed that they wanted him to either divorce the woman or that the woman dies so they can find him a suitable wife of their own preference.Originally posted by abubaker View Postthe problem with tawiz is that people usually proper medication with tawiz. i was in laghman a while ago and one of our relatives, a young child of 10 years old got bitten by a scorpion but instead of taking him to the hospital ''jalalbad'' they wasted the the time looking for a mullah/pir to to cure him. at the kid died on the way to the hospital because by the time they realised the mullah wasn't able to help it was too late

In Ahli hadith forums, they have a special section with all of the great anecdotes about mister Taher ul Padri. Even the one video where he wanted to bring unity between shi'a and sunni so he commanded all his "sunni" followers to shout and chant "Ya Haidari". So all his "sunni" followers chanted "Ya Haidari". But then, he asked his Shi'i friends to chant something about Abu Bakr siddique. And no Shi'a opened their mouth. The video is so embarrassing.Originally posted by abubaker View Postthe guy is a clown and murtad he once claimed that rasullah sww came to him in the middle of a speach and asked for money since he had none to travel ''naudhubillah''
