However I agree with your real politik and Realism theory that all this was power game. Hussain could have waited for an appropriate time and would have not committed that suicide kind of combat but on moral grounds we must appreciate and remember his stand. All this also show that Islam is only in mosque and heart not in politics and wars.

I wish you could argue and prove your point instead of attacking the personality of a member and not advising like a professor to his pupil.

What does the fact he was Muslim have to do with this? If anything Persecution by Non-Muslims should galvanize us more, The Prophets conceptually rank higher, how much more important is it to rally behind the people who are supposed to represent God than people who were fighting for power.

Yet we don't see that happen; so I rightfully acknowledged that this is apart of the cycle of the indoctrinated

This is truly an ignorant statement.

      • Even this year I keep on thinking that why Muharram is an exclusive Shia event while Imam Hussain pertains to both Sunnis and Shias?

Brother it is because in Islam someone's death is not observed even if it is the day of some Prophet.

Only Shia remember this day, mourn and express their religious sentiments while Sunnis almost remain almost silent or lukewarm.

Does it mean that Sunnis agree with what Yazid committed or their inertia on this matter has some other connotation?
Well i am shocked to see that you never observed sunnis in depth also fasting on days of muharram and being in spirit with the tragic events that happened in karbala...With exceptions of sunnis i am seeing you criticising no one but sunnis all the time. Here is the detail events of karbala tragedy and related issues that rose at that time..by yasir qadhi...and how various sahaba ra reacted...

In islam you can mourn for death no more than 3 days...that too by not beating chests like gorilla...Rather with patience do dikhr, recite quran, spend money on relatives, helping poor via charities etc and fasting...there are various other things to do...but these are basic.

              Rasulullah (Sallallahu-Alayhi-Wasallam) said:
"One who generously spends on his family on the day of Aashora, Allah will increase (his provision) for the whole year." (Bahaqi)
