You will not find fatwas from their scholars because they practice taqiyaa.

I don't think you undrestand the meaning or conditions of Taqiya. all muslims are allowed to lie in certain circumstances. I am sure you know that.

here is a little fatwa by khamanei banning the cursing of sahabas and wives of prophet muhammad (saw)

Its not their scholars fault that common people ignore this and carry on.

I can find more fatwas for you if you want.

The statement made by skhanlz is very powerful: "the majority of the scholars do not consider the shias as muslims."

This leads me to ask Timbuktu: where did you get the idea that it is not the majority? And, skhanlz: where did you get the idea that it is the majority?

Does "majority" matter when declaring someone a kafir? No, it does not. It only matters to someone who is having a hard time deciding for himself who is a Muslim and who is not. To those who have declared anyone a kafir all that matters is whether they accept the mufti who has passed the fatwa. Period. It is based on this paradigm that Muslims are divided. However, we do also have among our Muslims those who don't care about the what the majority says, they simply live and let live.

Recently, Zakir Naik was declared a kafir, many rejoiced and many did not. Why? Because it was not about the majority. Even though, it is only a handful of people who regard Zakir Naik as kafir, this is still a grave danger to Dr. Naik's safety: all it takes is one bullet, from one opponent. The same type of pattern can be found in ALL sects of Islam. Look at Sufis of today and those who call themselves As Salaf as Saalih. These two sects hate each other so much so that they do not care for the majority opinion, they have gone ahead and declared each other kafir based on certain aspects. Little do they know that Hadhrat Ibn Taymiyyah (ra) was a Sufi. They have made this into a sort of oxymoron. Little knowledge is so dangerous that it has caused a great scholar to be hated and liked for the wrong reasons.

In other words, it does not matter what you follow, as long as you call yourself a Muslim you are a kafir in one way or another, not to non-Muslims, but Muslims themselves. Sadly, but this is the state of affairs of the Muslims. The only false reassurance that people have is to follow the "majority," as if that will save you from Hell. Why? Because there is not such thing as the majority.

The majority only exists when it comes to Ahmadiyyat. In was in 1974 that papers published that 72 sects of Islam rejected ONE. This has never happened before and it will never happen again. Therefore, why is it that the rest of the Muslims are still at each others' necks declaring each other kafir?

So, the question should be asked again: who is a Muslim?

Islam will prevail, a promise made by the Creator of this universe:

[61:8] They desire to extinguish the light of Allah with the breath of their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

[61:9] He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it.

Don't worry, brother, you have also been declared a kafir.

Since you are a Mu'tazilah, here is your fatwa.

Of course you would never admit you were a kafir. I don't think you are that stupid. However, people will still call you a kafir. I would not, because for me the only condition is the condition of the founder of Islam, Hadhrat Muhammad (saw), which is: la ilaaha illallahu muhammad rasulullah. Period. Nothing more and nothing less.

The people who call you a kafir have their own criteria for what is and what is not a Muslim, just as they have for me.

For you to call me a kafir and say that you are not because you don't contradict the established creteria would mean to first explain what the established criteria are, and then to explain why you are called a kafir, if you fit the established criteria. You would never be able to that. NEVER. Why would you never be able to do that? Because if you were able to, you would have never been called a kafir in the first place.

I don't call you a kafir--never have and never will--but those who do call you a kafir follow their own rule, not the rule of our beloved Prophet (saw).

That said, if we were to use Hadhrat Muhammad Rasulullah's (saw) criteria on you, would come out a Muslim, and if we were to use on me, I would also come out a Muslim. Otherwise, you would always be a kafir, even if it is in the eyes of one person, and so would I.

Dear brother, if the Amman Declaration sufficed then we would not have the turmoil we have. The only person who has the authority to declare someone a kafir is Hadhrat Muhammad (saw). There are two conditions:

                        1- Rejecting the kalimah tayyibah
2- Calling someone who calls himself a Muslim a kafir.

Yes, and other scholars have called Sufis kafirs, other scholars have called As Salaf as Saalih (i.e. Wahabis) kafirs. Deobandis are kafir according to some and so are Naqshabandis. Mu'tazilahs are kafir to some and so are Shi'as. Do you want me to continue? According to "scholars," there are no Muslims. Period. So, if you follow the "scholars" blindly, then in essence you believe that there are no Muslims roaming the earth today.

Is this what the Quran is referring to? Of course not. That is why Allah says in the Quran don't take your scholars for gods. Use your own judgment.

                          ps
on the one hand you say you don't call me a kafir, on the other you say you don't agree with me. Hence, if I am declared a kafir by your 'scholars' and you refuse to disagree with them, then you are, in essence, calling me a kafir.

when u believe in different books that contradict each other, that just makes u a retard, which is what bahais are.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Bahais believe the Quran and Islam to be obsolete. Now, you answer me.
