In Islam the concept of Bulugh implies that marriage can only be consummated with someone who is cognizantly capable thereby, it would by default be contrary to pedophilia, since pedophilia does not regard that marriage nor bulugh as a factor in a sexual relationship.

It depends on which hadith, but most of the ones that are known as mutawatir were written during the life of and just after the death of Muhammad.
