I have to disagree.

Islam is a theology and also a set of moral rules and other guidelines which is universally applicable to all.

If it was Arab imperialism then why did the Turkish Ottomans rule the Arabs for 400 years, or why did the post-Khomeneist Iran engage in a war with Iraq backed by the rest of the Arab world for almost a decade?

I myself am a practising Muslim but am totally opposed to Arab nationalism.

By the way some of the actual real Arab nationalists dislike Islam as it encourages brotherhood and equal rights with non-Arabs.

For 2 centuries Arabic was imposed on people of Afghanistan as language but with rebellion of Abu Muslim Khorassani and later Safaris, Dari gain prominence.

The earliest Dari writing goes back to 752 in letter form and according to Tarikh I Sistan the first Dari poets was Mohammad Wasif and Hanzala of Badghist. Until 9-10 century most people of Persia would not understand Dari language—new Persian.

Post your sources, i need to verify this for myself. As far as i know Dari is a fairly new word and was used mostly by Pashtuns since Pashto lacks the F letter. Not that i am denouncing your source but it would be something i would expect to find at that crackpot website called "Tajikam" desperately trying to align themselves with Persians.

If you really think Farsi comes from anywhere other then Iran then your smoking too much kush.
