    • Militants set conditions for release of kidnapped teens

here it says they are relatives of military personal. The military personal that invaded their homes and are forced to live in the mountains leaving their families behind at the mercy of the Pak army.Where is the leader of the Pak army to condemn the Pak army for forcing these people to kidnap these teens.

u are giving the talibans crimes leniency because they are fighting a war. i am pretty sure if one of those kidnapped kids were your son, u probably wouldn't say hey well nato invaded afghanistan so its all good. also, why are u under the impression that afghanistan was a peaceful abode prior to the US invasion? we both know that isn't true.
        Randolph,

        Salamoona,

To answer your question, I can refer to a comment I told my wife when I traveled there a few years back. I myself prefer a nonviolent approach to things. However, I told my wife and my sisters not to blame anyone were something to happen to me at the hands of folks over there. Remember that underwear guy from Nigeria? I disagree with that sort of action, but were a loved one of mine to die in such a situation being a bystandard or be kidnapped, I told them that they ought to pin the blame for the action exactly where you did in your comment above... on the tail of the donkey called Western Intervention onto American Interventionalism and Imperial Hubris (no pun intended ). Muslims of course deserve an inordinate amount of blame for their situation with their corrupt practices, general laziness, lack of ability to see that western drawn dividing lines are imaginary etc.

So were I to have a son or a daughter that died or was taken in such a set up, I prefer the reasonable, logical, and enlightened approach of Jewish father Michael Berg.

Do you know who Michael Berg is Randolph????

Michael berg is a a Jewish man whose son Nick was killed at the hands of Takfirist Mr. Zarqawi in Iraq.

Imaging that Randolph... not only do you lose your son... but there is a video out there showing your son being beheaded!

First, he did not case blame on Zarqawi and was intelligent enough to connect the dots that Zarqawi is the response... not the instigation.

Here were his words to media mouthpiece Soledad O Brien when she attempted to "debate" him on his views:

        http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast/...iew/index.html

"Now, take someone who in 1991, who maybe had their family killed by an American bomb, their support system whisked away from them, someone who, instead of being 59, as I was when Nick died, was 5-years-old or 10-years-old. And then if I were that person, might I not learn how to fly a plane into a building or strap a bag of bombs to my back?
That's what is happening every time we kill an Iraqi, every time we kill anyone, we are creating a large number of people who are going to want vengeance. And, you know, when are we ever going to learn that that doesn't work?"

Here was his response to her question regarding democracy:

"O'BRIEN: There's a theory that a struggle for democracy, you know...
BERG: Democracy? Come on, you can't really believe that that's a democracy there when the people who are running the elections are holding guns. That's not democracy."

Here is an article from common dreams (originally in Reuters) regarding who else Michael Berge blamed:

        http://www.commondreams.org/headlines06/0608-09.htm

Here are Michael Berg's exact words in this article entitled

Father of Beheaded Man Blames Bush not Zarqawi

"I don't think that Zarqawi is himself responsible for the killings of hundreds of thousands of people in Iraq," Berg said in a combative television interview with the U.S. Fox News network. "I think George Bush is.
"George Bush is the one that invaded this country, George Bush is the one that destabilized it so that Zarqawi could get in, so that Zarqawi had a need to get in, to defend his region of the country from American invaders.""

So my friend, I refuse... 100% FLAT OUT REFUSE to case an IOTA of blame on the Muslim people. That time will come once the occupier force leaves and discontinue its illegitimate occupation and its illegitimate force multiplicaiton with its tyrannies across the Muslim world and Latin America.

I find it apalling that it takes a Jewish man like Michael Bergs to remind the Muslims when to speak truth to power and when not to follow the sheep herd into the "well Karzai is bad but the Taliban are baaaa baaa baaad and AQ is baa baa baaaad and the baaa baaa badies were in Afghanistan being baaa baaa baaad and they bought the Americans there... and Najib was not a baaa baaa baaad man but baaa baaa baaad Pakistan brought baaa baaa baaad Abdul Azzam."

If Mike Berg can see the BS from a mile away... I refuse to deny that smell the heaping, stinking pile of s-hit next to me.

So my brother, to answer your question:

I am Mike Berg and He is me.

        • Randolph, do you think war brings out sanity or insanity in people. These US troops that go there thinking they are fighting for their freedom and then come back addicted to anti depressants and are in danger of committing suicide, cant sleep without medication, cant think without medication, is never the same again. If you can understand the reasoning of why the US soldier becomes insane, now imagine what the average Afghan whose wife and kids are in the middle of all this, what is his mind going through.

You are expecting sanity in an insane environment. War is insane. Even Cindy Sheehan eventually came to the conclusion that it was George Bush who killed her son. If a person sees their loved ones die and you expect sanity from him, then you don't really know what war is.

the prophet and his men didn't become insane and murder their own even though they were faced with insurmountable odds. US troops have problems because they are retarded to begin with before and after their tours. i expect people who call themselves muslims and claim to be defending muslims not to murder or harm innocent muslims, its not exactly much to ask for. if someone sees their loved ones die i dont expect them to kill innocent people or kidnap children, no. if we are making those kinds of excuses for the taliban, we might as well exonerate every criminal group in afghanistan, including the governments of the last 30 years.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

I am Mike Berg and He is me.

most of your post was on the subject of kikenberg but on the flip side i can show u the father of that worthless kike soldier shalit in israel, who wants the world to bar the creation of a pali state until his son is released. in the case u presented, berg was killed because he was in enemy territory and was killed by people who were worlds apart from who and what he was. in our case, its afghan muslims being killed by other afghan muslims. so the comparison is ridiculous to say the least. if my family member is killed by some thug in the street i don't go into deep thought about the social circumstances that lead the guy into being a thug or where or how he was raised, i want his ****in head for his crime. i sure as hell wont forgive him either. islam is about personal responsibility. something our talibs have forgotten about. remember what the quran says about guilty parties blaming each other for their sins.

but this is not about a jew being killed or being kidnapped here or there.

muslims killed muslims in afghanistan prior to the american invasion, yes or no? there were rockets fired into kabul by massouds men as well as mullah omars men which killed scores of people. this, after hekmatyars reign of hell from the mountaintops. is no one to blame for the deaths of innocents here? why did the taliban execute people if their circumstances can be traced back to foreign aggression? hell, lets never punish anyone in afghanistan ever because we can always lay the blame on outsiders.

there is nothing in islam which excuses the intentional murder of another muslim despite circumstances. u are basically saying that islamic law is to be suspended in the course of a defensive war and that all crimes are to be excused. that is not islam and if the people fighting for islam think the same way, they are better off in a shallow grave.

also, u have not responded to my response to your claim that the commander of the faithful having no means to punish criminals in his ranks, i was looking for a response to this. not so much the nick berg stuff. if multiple media reporters have access to these kidnappers, how and why do not the taliban have access to these individuals in order to kill them for their crimes? it seems like i am getting the run around here, first its the speculation that its not really ttp, then its mullah omar having no means to punish these people, then its the ttp not being responsible for their crimes because the americans have invaded afghanistan.

here they are, real taliban, punish them if u practice what u preach

the massacre was before taliban, done by masood and sayaf.
hazara group hezne wahdath has also done massacre and horrific crimes.

under taliban they were pretty safe.

let me just point out that many boys (who were not the children of Pak government officials) have been murdered by US-Pakistani permitted drone attacks. I have posted several threads on drone attacks and the people who have been killed. Are those lives not worthy?

You see, the point, intentional or not, has already been proven.

When you value the lives of some over others, then don't yell and shout when such an attitude backfires.

Lets use a quote from Iron Man 2 to explain this: "There is blood in the water, and the sharks will come"

The people of Waziristan want to be left alone. Pakistan should have never had a war with them. They opened this pandoras box by supporting war against Afghanistan.

There is a HUGE difference. Uncle toms seem to be OK with Muslims getting murdered by drones.

These uncle toms and aunt betties are OK with that.
