Your kin along the Pak-Afg tribal belt are masters when it comes to this kind of "technology" lol
When did this so called modern technology start. Did it start when the jews mostly did it. The jews are semitic so are semetic people western?

FYI: suicide attacks are as old as man himself. The first recorded suicide attack was done by our semitic friends, the jews.

Born in China, Chew’s family immigrated to England, where she would continue her studies and pursue a musical career.

Thats from your own article. She is a product of Western education just like you are a product of the Western education. DO you seriously believe you would have such a good education if you were raised in Afghanistan or Yemen? In most of Islamic countries don't even bother to teach children logical thinking, skepticism and reasoning.

BTW Burj al Arab was an English/Canadian project.

Burj Al Arab was designed by multidisciplinary consultancy Atkins, led by architect Tom Wright, who has since become co-founder of WKK Architects. The design and construction were managed by Canadian engineer Rick Gregory also of WS Atkins. Construction of the Island began in 1994 and involved up to 2,000 construction workers during peak construction. It was built to resemble the billowing spinnaker sail of a J-class yacht.[12] Two "wings" spread in a V to form a vast "mast", while the space between them is enclosed in a massive atrium. The architect Tom Wright[13] said "The client wanted a building that would become an iconic or symbolic statement for Dubai; this is very similar to Sydney with its Opera House, London with Big Ben, or Paris with the Eiffel Tower. It needed to be a building that would become synonymous with the name of the country."[14][not in citation given]

Fletcher Construction from New Zealand was the lead joint venture partner in the initial stages of pre-construction and construction.[15] The hotel was built by South African construction contractor Murray & Roberts and Al Habtoor Engineering.[16]

You keep contradicting yourself; first you claim a country that enables it takes credit for it .... But suddenly when it comes to Burj Al 'Arab, even though they hired them and they did all their work in Dubai, you say it's a Western product, but if they hire a Chinese woman, she's Western if she got an education in the West. .....come on dude.

          You're being inconsistent.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Of course its a Western product. Built by Western minds. Dubai, just like most of GCC, are a products of Western capitalism, Western technology and Western culture. I lived in UAE for many years I know them very well. No wonder their life quality is the highest among all Islamic countries. By being a friend of the West you will also be able to use their superior skills. Just compare South Korea with North Korea. HK with China. GCC with Iran. Western Europe with Russia. Canada and USA with Southern America. Muslims/Arabs just put the money and those poor Pakistani and Indian people were used as semi-slave cheap labour. May Allah bless the Islamic Ummah, its brotherhood and its development lol

            I am done. Take care.

repeating a contradictory argument still makes it contradictory. If your reasoning is inconsistent, it makes your argument invalid.

Which only serves to demonstrate , technology and science are culturally neutral

I don't have a problem with Christmas. I do have a problem with Santa Clause. They promote an old White man as "godly" by awarding presents to kids based on if they were good or bad. It is degrading to the Blacks, Browns and Reds.

Pretty much White men are lame. How you believe in Santa Clause in the first place? Then they grow up to be Judges, Police Officers, and politicians. lol

Please, stop cherrypicking and refute my points. I proved to you that technology changes depending on countries and civilizations, ergo culture and society have a huge role in it. I even proved that you are a product of Western education. You failed to prove me wrong. Ergo I won. :D

Those things you just listed have little to nothing to do with whether technology itself is culturally neutral or not.

Your own source says that Britains advantage over the rest of Europe and world was its geographic location. that it was an island free from intervention and invasion that "fostered this environment were: (1) The period of peace and stability which followed the unification of England and Scotland; (2) no trade barriers between England and Scotland; (3) the rule of law (respecting the sanctity of contracts); (4) a straightforward legal system which allowed the formation of joint-stock companies (corporations); and (5) a free market"

So Geographic location = culture. You live in a cuckoo world.

You suffer from confirmation bias. The point of the article is that suicide attacks is as old as civilization itself.

Saint Nicholas was greek so browner than todays santa claus but he was known to be a gift giver. The blacks, Browns and Reds should be doing their job and telling the real story.

"Great Divergence" is a term coined by Samuel Huntington[3] (also known as the European miracle, a term coined by Eric Jones in 1981)[4] referring to the process by which the Western world (i.e. Western Europe and the parts of the New World where its people became the dominant populations) overcame pre-modern growth constraints and emerged during the 19th century as the most powerful and wealthy world civilization of all time, eclipsing Qing China, Mughal India, Tokugawa Japan, Joseon Korea and the Ottoman Empire.

The process was accompanied and reinforced by the Age of Discovery and the subsequent rise of the colonial empires, the Age of Enlightenment, the Commercial Revolution, the Scientific Revolution and finally the Industrial Revolution. Scholars have proposed a wide variety of theories to explain why the Great Divergence happened, including geography, colonialism, resources, and customary traditions.

Its not only geographic location. There were other factors involved behind Western dominance over the rest of the world.
