Why such huge increase in 2014? Because police most have done better job, "actual rapes" and not just reported rapes will only come down if rapists are punished.

Mr. trouble , in Punjab, that is just an eye-wash. Hera-Mandi is just opposite Badshahi mosque and is fully fully operational for many decades. How can you claim to be a Muslim country while legalizing such thing? How can this be a mumlikat-i-khuda dad as you claim it to be?

i know these honor killings also happen in punjab,sindh,gilgit,ajk etc maybe even balochistan tho i heard from baloch there are most progressive people in pakistan, so maybe baloch don't do this, but rest of us do, i dont know why, it is such backward practice

Bacha bazi is not considered rape? This happen very rarely in punjab but it epidemic in pashtun belt. In fact epidemic in true sense, every other kid is raped. While in punjab few hundred cases of rape of women per year.
