I mean if ur presence in PF is merely to show pashtoons in KP are sell outs, then... OK.
Pashtuns of kp are not sell outs, we are born with pakistani identity. I mean i grew up as a pakistani.....blame your amir abdul rehman who sold us to british for 12 lakh rupees per year.

Its not safe to travel in Pashtun parts of Afghanistan and Pakistan. But I am using my Brazilian formula. When I was going on a trip to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil I was told not to go there because its not safe and you will be robbed and pen pocketed. But then a friend gave me a formula that do at the Rome what the Romans do and I dressed up like Brazilians and was trying to speak their language and I was safe.I visited almost the whole south and central America and nothing happened to me.

The same I am doing in Afghanistan and Pakistan especially in Afghanistan and Tribal areas. In settled areas of Pakistan you can travel just in shalwar kamees preferably with mustache and a little beard.I am a traveller and traveeling in my own land is not at all difficult as my family comes from Kunarh and got educated (primary)in Dir District of Pakistan. Still I have relatives in these areas.

Children are going to School but Madrasssas are also well attended. In some areas girls schools are closed and only boy schools are opened. It will take time when normalcy returns to Afghanistan. I also visited Swat , Kohat, Karak, Bannu,Bajaur, Dir and Lakki Marwat where Taliban are almost subdued and life is coming back ti its normal pace.

I wish to visit waziristan, Panrha Chinar, Hangu, Tal, Mohmand Agency , Kandahar,Khost and Hirat but so for not possible because of necessary permission by family and office. One of my relative is member of Masharano Jerga (senator) and I will be planning to visit some difficult areas with him soon. I also have friends in ANP government and in few old mates in Quetta. I am waiting for a great tour.

I am having very strange and thought provoking experiences.

I was with people of Central government of Kabul and they were recruiting people for construction and other developmental works from Pakistanand Afghanistan it was utter surprise for me when they confided that they prefer Non Pashtuns as Punjabis and Tajiks to Pashtuns because non Pashtuns are more professional in work. They are emotionally intelligent, job oriented, concerned only with their job . disciplined, while Pashtuns create problems as they make non issues as issues and interfere in administrative and managerial decisions. They do more politics than the real work. They become angry on petty issues and its simply difficult to work with them.

It was mere chance that a friend told me that the other day an Arab recruiter in Islamabad preferred Punjabis to Pashtuns in an employment interview for Bahrain and Qatar for almost the same reasons!

I am still thinking and discovering more facts and information that why Pashtuns are not preferred for jobs because of their personality and behavioral or attitudinal issues.
