As I have suggested many times in this democratic free era, you cannot ban and delete. Let us edit and engage those who oppose your ideas not shut the doors behind them.

I will earnestly request Admn to restore that thread where very useful discussion as going on and even a non Muslim Tamim was defending Islam.

Kindly avoid low and mean tactics to shut up your opponents. This is a Pashtunforum not a Mullah forum. If you are so lovers of islamism then let your enemies be present on the battlefield here with you and do not let them to go to some other tolerant and open forum. Convince them here.

The forum administration like to make the site comfortable and also clamped down on a supposedly "Islamic" (in reality deceitful, rude, provocative Pakistani nationalist) poster who was spamming the forum with "Islamic" copy & paste articles all over the forum including in political threads i.e. a troll called Ghumabsa.

You are just basically the secular version of Ghumbasa.



Unlike you the atheists mentioned above were openly atheist and had no problems in the site (apart from the obnoxious - but I would say in some ways a nice guy - Soldat_Amir) and one became a moderator. However unlike you they did not start a crusade to try and insult Islam as much as possible every single day and scream and provocatively display their atheism.

It relates totally to the management decision (correct in my opinion) to remove your troll thread.

Since you asked I might as well answer and add some additional comments.

1. I have more life experience than many people here including some of the so-called "Islamist" fanboys and I have lived in an Arab middle eastern society, been to the homes of famous Arab scholars etc.

Having seen a little bit more of life (though by no means far less than many others, why do you think I always respect an elder like Toramana, because with age comes greater experiences which bring it greater wisdom) than others here, it may surprise you that - beyond the whole constant Islam-bashing obsession - I think you're a nicer guy than many of the so-called "Islamists" here, most of whom don't like me and I in turn don't like them.


2. That thread was probably removed due to complaints by members who have been here for years and contributed to this site being what it is with their posts and activity.

They do not run the site and have to obey rules, but their sensitivities are taken in to consideration.

People here are free to question religion, religious practises, "Islamic" groups (I have criticized Wahabis, ISIS, Taliban, Jamaat e "Islami","Muslim" Brotherhood, Erdogan, Saudi etc) and other things.

However you have just taken it to an extreme with constant in-your-face Islam-bashing.

You seem to have an inferiority complex about being viewed as "less Pashtun" or not even a "real" Pashtun due to being an atheist. If you did not shove it in front of people's face and just camouflaged it with the more common "I'm not really religious" line that others use, no one would care or question your Pashtunness.

Due to this inferiority complex and resentment you are coming here and bashing Islam non-stop. Imagine every day I started an "atheist" bashing thread. Imagine every day I insulted things sacred to a big portion or the majority of members here.

As I said there have been members here who were open atheists and one even used to appear on TV shows and everyone knew who he was (Amir Ghaznavi), but you seem to think that you are the first Pashtun on earth who is an atheist, and you probably have some sort of narcissistic joy in openly flaunting the supposed "novelty" and "originality" of this.

This is not a religious forum and a pseudo-religious extremist (Ghumbasa) was banned last year due to constantly provoking and insulting users, she also earned a lot of dislike by her - similar to you - spamming of copy & paste articles, but whilst you promote atheism, she promoted traditional pseudo-Islam ("Mullahism" in the words of a then moderator, gadoonwal).

So don't try and play the victim card.

This forum has had an atheist moderator and also a moderator who affiliated herself with a moderate version of Salafism. Admin Khan is a very nice person and broad-minded and trying to create an environment where all Pashtuns be it ultra-religious to atheists feel comfortable, but extremists be they religious or atheists need to ensure they don't go too far and provoke people.

By the way Admin Khan is a Pakhtun but also a Muslim (a person who respects other religious communities and not-so-religious people either), at least just out of respect for the forum owner (who we are all merely guests of, posting here is not a right but a privilege, just like going to someones house, and this applies to me foremost)...at least out of respect for the forum owner, quit bashing his religion non-stop 24-7, every single day.

Kudos to Admin Khan and the Mod team.

This is not a nation state or a classroom. Its a Pashtunforums built on the history of great Pashtun thinkers like Sher Shah Ahmad Shah and so on and so forth. We know exactly what our warrior-poet statesmen of the past would think of this sort of insulting and degrading and completely non academic discussions that are going on regarding the personage of the Holy Prophet and Islam.

It is one thing if one even posits theories that are unsavory and out there like those by Gerard Puin, Wansborough, Crone, Cook and the orientalist authors - who at least do so from a "faux" evidence based bent (as an example look at the half-as-s work of Alba Fedeli in analyzing sanaa manuscripts). That tone at least is journalistic and demands some degree of authentic analysis.

These clowns on the other hand are just trying to get a rise as they say and therefore they should be obliged as the moderators did with a deleted thread to hamper their idiocy.

Its one thing to go after figures like Mullah Omar, Hekmetyaar, Mossoud, Najib etc - but the Prophets, archangels, etc are unassailable.

Long live the Admin, Long live the mods! Keep up the strong work and dont bend to these attempts to criticize not permitting "free speech."

What if someone told you to stop talking about Pashtuns 24/7 or history 24/7 or some other thing that interests you? The same thing applies here. I don't think he is here to "show off his Atheism", it's just something he likely enjoys debating over here. I haven't really seen the thread that got deleted so I won't specify it, but I will stay this: posts critical of Islam should be allowed IMO regardless of the quantity they are posted in. Just my opinion since I believe in freedom of speech.
