Let f: C --> C be given, then we have an infinite series S = \sum_{n=1} {n=\infty} [fcosn (arg) + fsin (arg)] + f(0)/2. ||f|| is then equal to ||S||. In E set \delta such as for any x, y \belong E, \delta = |x - y|. This was basic in Functional Analysis. Now set q \belong R, for x, y \belong R ^ q, set that distance. Set this distance as a phase of wavelet, where for some whole term, that is the period.
No that's wrong; Abstract Harmonic Analysis does deal with signals, the difference between Abstract Harmonic Analysis is that as opposed to globally continuous wavelets; you're dealing with Abelian Groups which resemble a compact topological space (hausdorff) , this occurs in discrete packets, (although within their topological space they're continuous and perform all operations as groups do) This is the basis of Modern Quantum Signaling.
Actually this is well known in any research for solitons and inverse scattering problems. All Abstract Harmonic Analysis is; is using properties of Algebraic Structure on Fourier Transforms.
Ok nevermind I get the second part now , you're just using Episilon-Delta to describe a 2-D Harmonic Oscillator in a q (?) dimensional vector space (although that doesn't make sense to claim q is a point in R and x,y are vectors in R^q) as a Cauchy Sequence. This is not anything big in fact you just copied it , and even you did so poorly. This is not a problem, but a poor attempt at rattling a Definition anyone can find in a bookLast edited by RevolutionThroughReason; 05-20-2012, 05:20 AM.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
I didn't tell what I've written is Abstract Harmonic Analysis; you said: "write to me about signals", and I did, and I noted that it is Classic Harmonic Analysis. Also, I noted that Abstract Harmonic Analysis does not involve signals, but it does with non-commutative algebras.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View PostNo that's wrong; Abstract Harmonic Analysis does deal with signals, the difference between Abstract Harmonic Analysis is that as opposed to globally continuous wavelets; you're dealing with Abelian Groups which resemble a compact topological space (hausdorff) , this occurs in discrete packets, (although within their topological space they're continuous and perform all operations as groups do) This is the basis of Modern Quantum Signaling.

The thing is that the vector is q dimensional, where q is a rational number. So in Poisson Kernel you will get non-integer times differentiation, which describes the behaviour of the relevant wavelet.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View PostNo that's wrong; Abstract Harmonic Analysis does deal with signals, the difference between Abstract Harmonic Analysis is that as opposed to globally continuous wavelets; you're dealing with Abelian Groups which resemble a compact topological space (hausdorff) , this occurs in discrete packets, (although within their topological space they're continuous and perform all operations as groups do) This is the basis of Modern Quantum Signaling.

yes i did

then you have to define q belongs to Q, where Q is the set of Quotients. If you say R^q, also, is this q point the same as q in the dimension; because this would imply that q is nested within itself; which is sort of nonsensical.
Sloppy work sir

I wrote q \belong R instead of q \belong Q. My false, sorry.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View Postthen you have to define q belongs to Q, where Q is the set of Quotients. Also, in order to understand this "nest", you need to know about non-integer times differeentiation. Let m = {q} and so 0 =< m < 1, where m \belong Q. Then the section d ^ m / dx ^ m * f (x).
You definitely have an idea about the subject. How are you related to Mathematics? I suppose you're a professional, right?

Very hard suject, indeed. What's your degree and what's your position.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View PostThe field I work in focuses on Differential Geometry
I hold the degree MS and my position is Assistant Professor.
Still you seem a better mathematician. Are you Associate Professor or Full Professor?

you keep making very typical notational errors, let e see if you can guess what it is Al Hanif

I need to write quickly because I have surf in other sites too. You know, my typical trolling.
Also, it's not a mathematics forum so that I write everything tidily. I'm a very untidy person.
What's your position? You didn't tell me. I wanna know, if you let me, how big mathematician you are. I want to send you some of my mathematical papers and prepublications. OK?

but something cannot be a quotient if it is 0<= m < 1 because 0 is not a rational number, you can't divide by 0.
Your papers will get discarded if you make errors like that, although you can claim they'e errata
yes sure but only if you have published papers. Maybe I'll send some of mine. But if I show them, don't reveal my real name.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
Hmm... what kind of science are you involved in? After publishing 17 papers I can's say that I am an expert but somehow I can't remember that sending prepublications was a common practice. On the contrary, it was something to avoid. In fact only P.I. and co-authors could see prepublications.Originally posted by Nima Khan Abdali View PostWho is al hanif?

he says he does appllied math research with group theoretic bundles which are described as Fourier Series.
