    For example, for q = 5.2, I need 0.2. Then I would differentiate f 5 times and then the result 0.2 times.
    yes but you're saying it is 0 =/< m <1 when it should be 0 =/< m =/< 1. where m belongs to Q (you did that part correctly).

Also in Fractional Differentiation, m has to be an k should have to be an integer, so better to make q into k where k belongs to Z

Or maybe it is Reader's Digest affiliation or something like that
      That's a pretty silly/harsh requirement.

You do not need publications to begin your Ph.D in the USA, although it looks good. All you need is a background, and an adviser with funding who will accept you in his team.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Still you seem a better mathematician. Are you Associate Professor or Full Professor?
Wait, what in the world? So in the U.K with an M.S you can be an Assistant Professor?

Agree, its silly and sometimes this requirement leads to even more silly publications.

m should always be strictly less than 1.

You can join the faculty as soon as you are a PhD student. But in this case, you will be given less classes which means less salary. I did not search for a grant to start my PhD. I had a family to look after. The only chance was to work. Before working in university, I was coach in a coalition of schools where I taught Mathematics Olympiad students 10-12 grades. But then I understood I couldn't go on with this when I started doing PhD, and I applied for the same university to have some lessons. They gave me 8 classes a week to teach on Asymptotical Analysis for first grades undergraduates.

I have my own adviser, too, of course. But Revolution's reviews and advices on my papers - not on my thesis - can help me since he is more experienced mathematicians.

                        • 21 year old white supremacist PhD. Hmm, reminds me of a story.

The first Billy Goat, all creamy and fluffy was stopped by the angry troll who demanded to know why he dared to cross the bridge. "Please Mr Troll," the first Billy Goat pleaded in his sharp little voice, "I am Milky and my brother Snowy is whiter, bigger and juicier than me. Please let me cross the bridge to get to the greener grass on the other side." And so the angry troll let the Billy Goat pass trip trap along his way.

Presently the second Billy Goat arrived, all snowy and pure. He was stopped by the angry troll who demanded to know why he dared to cross the bridge. "Please Mr Troll," the second Billy Goat pleaded in his middle sized voice, "I am Snowy and my brother Ghost is whiter, bigger and juicier than me. Please let me cross the bridge to get to the greener grass on the other side." And so again, the angry troll let this Billy Goat pass trip trap along his way.

The third Billy Goat arrived. To the troll's horror, this was not the big, juicy, albino goat he had been expecting. Instead, standing before him was a small, dark, wiry goat, with haunting yellow eyes and battle scars. "Indeed, I am Ghost because I occupy that space in your mind where your nightmares live." He wasted no time in driving his horns into the troll and tossing him over the bridge before he trip trapped his way to the other side of the bridge. There was no need for apologies or excuses.

Meanwhile the troll returned to his haunt under the bridge, tending his wounds and dying of hunger.

The moral of the story is simple. Whilst trolls should not be fed, some white Billy Goats do not tell the truth.

Most of the prophets were semitic (a non-Aryan group of peoples), but according to a rule in classic physical anthropology even in a non-Aryan population a person from aristocracy is counted a White, since (s)he has the most generious behaviours and very clean physical features. Muhammad (peace be upon him), as well as other prophets, were an aristocrat and he came from Abraham's bloodline, which means he was a sieved one. He is then a White. (For reference, go read Hans Friedrik Karl Gunther). Besides, we don't love him for his physical appearence (in which case, he would be the winner, too, since he's described to be the most handsome man ever), but for the peace he brought and his brilliant personality. Otherwise, God wouldn't choose him, would He?

By the way, if you start mocking me again, let me tell you in advance, I don't care.
