All those armies like the greeks and the mongols PASSED through Afghanistan, they never stayed long enough to mix with the population. Alexander the Great was kicked out by pashtuns all the way to punjab which was Alexanders main objective to reach india. Afghanistan is on the silk road, ofcourse armies have but no choice but to go through there.
Language group not so important as it might seem. People have changed languages all along. Remember those Franks in France. They spoke ancient German when they whipped those Arab invaders and plunderers out of France. Later the Franks adopted French language.

I am sure there must be many Pashtun people/tribes who originally spoke other languages but later switched to Pashto.

Indians are genetically very diverse, more than all other Eurasians. Latest studies show this. Anyone who went back to India. They were only returning back home.

north indians and punjabis are our brothers---

The last big genetic study of Afghans showed that they are the closest genetically with South and Central Asians (Kohistanis, Tajiks, Punjabi, Sindhi, and Turkics).

Is it the study that was posted here in another thread?

In that study there are only 5-6 punjabi samples and only 3 sindhi samples, which were actually sindhi/baloch mixed samples. While pashtuns are indeed genetically closes to people like Tajiks, Kalash, Nuristanis etc... their closeness to Punjabis or Sindhis as a whole group is still in doubt, until we have large samples, this cannot be proven

Also the afghan study actually was talking about few Rajasthani samples if I am not mistaking, not Punjabi

The product of Aryan invasion, hence some northern Indians carry Pashtun/Iranic/Tajik dna.

But here's a connection between Pashtuns and Serbs.

look the map below. There are a tribe in the Cauasus named serboi, then i believe it diverged into the Sarban people which happened to be a really huge tribal pashtun confedaration, while the other branch went to mix with slavic peoples and migrated to the Balkans. Estimating, 55% of Pashtuns are Sarbanri Pashtuns, ergo 55% of us are related to Serbians.... the other principal tribal confedertions are Bettanis (mostly having ghilzai Turks), Gharghust (Quetta) and Karlan (usually found in FATA).

Now for Croats, there's this video called Iran and Croatia brothers, howevver Iran likes to "steal" Pashtun history, because it's actually Croats coming from "Arachosia" and Arachosia was a province of the Persians, but inside there were Pactyans. Arachosia is the greek name when Alexander the great conquered the persian empire, before that, the province in old persian was pronounced "Hrvati", the name croats use for themselves.
Croatians are closer to Pashtun's than Serbs who are more slavic and recent migrant to the region. Although the possibility exist's here is what I found.

..Research works have been conducted on the relationship between the language spoken by the Croats and the language the present-day Slavs speak with an aim to identify the possible similarities. However, the studies do not dismiss the possibility that the old-time Croats were part of the ancient Iran at the time of the Persian Empire who later migrated to Europe and their language was changed into the Slav.

Meanwhile, studies on the Croats indicate that the old-time Slavs did not share the same race with the East European nations and that with the migration of the Croats with the Iranian origin, they established common cultural and lingual ties with each other.

Ties with the old-time Slavs in the 4th century was first established in the Red Croatia under the title Sarmatskim-Horitima and also after the 6th century in the realm of the Carpathians within the boundaries of the Great, or White, Croatia under the patronage of the Iranian Croats who had been turned Slavs due to the largeness of the population of the Slavs.

Nope. I read somewhere that Pakhtuns are genetically related to the Alien men from planet Nibru.

                          Is this true?

During the Great Serbian Migration told through oral tradition, a migration theory not unlike the Bantu Migration, the ancient white blue eyed Serbs migrated east and initialy settled in Ghor, because the mountains reminded them of their (less majestic) hills, bit some went on to another settlement along the kabul river, called Sarobi. Some went farther and settled in Paktika, this settlement was also called Sarobi. From this the Serbian got inflexed to Sarbann in Pashto. The descendents are now the Ghor(-iakhel) Momand tribes of Sarban. Now you can see the chiselled blue eyed pashtun aryan features amongst the bar/koz momand tribes.
