even if we assume that most critiques about the authenticity of Islamic Doctrine are true; which has yet to be established; the conclusion is clear

why would anyone, unless deluded, bamboozled or completely brainwashed/deceived

trade off a religion which allows you direct approach to God, and judges you by the merit of your own actions .....over a religion that teaches that you cant approach God without an intermediary because of some trespass committed by someone else and he has to come back to Earth as his own son in order to forgive you.

The Reason why Europeans progressed is because they abandoned Christianity. The reason why Muslims didn't progress is because they abandoned Islam.

Sure Christianity gives you the 'Get Out of Jail Free" card of "Jesus died for your sins" So Christian women can whor*e around guiltlessly Saturday and then find reprieve on Saturday. But the only person who'd embrace such a belief system are Spoiled Brats who want to avoid responsibility, not thoughtful and sincere seekers of God.

I think we can see here which religion promotes the better option.

because modern christianity is easy. its an afterthought of modern life. its breaking all the commandments but wearing a gold cross necklace or tattoo so u are fine and good. and if thats not good enough, u can live like an immoral beast but then go to a confessional booth and be cleared of ur sins by some clown priest with gay child porn on his pc.

i understand being atheist, i do, because i used to be one. but christianity? that should be classified as a mental illness alongside down syndrome and others of the like, because u would have to be full on retard to even believe in a quarter of that "religion"
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

It's Uthman ibn Affan, who is accredited as first attempting to develop a definitive text of the Quran, at the expense of other versions, that were circulating. An act for which I might add he paid for his life. As he was assassinated for sectarian reasons by his fellow cultists, who seemingly disagreed, with his particular interpretation of Islam.

Based upon script analysis, the earliest Quranic fragments in the possession of scholars today. Where written in the Ma'il script and even that has been dated towards the end of the eighth century. You also won't find a copy of Uthman's (Tashkent) Quran anywhere, dated before this period. As much like the Topkapi and Samarkand Sana'a Manuscripts, these are written in later Kufic script.

So they could not have been written earlier than 150 years after the Uthmanic Recension was supposedly compiled. What is more these are not to my knowledge, even complete manuscripts. Hence your not going to find, complete or even legible Quran's before the ninth and tenth century.

What is more many of the early Islam manuscripts where partically written on older parchments. Which is why Islamic scholars, cite outlandish, carbon dating results for Quranic fragments in order to try and make them look far older than they actually are (Taqiyya).

It seems you are here to delude us. I had mentioned that Quran had been completely written in the life of HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAL ALLAH HO TAALA ALIHAY WA AALE HE WASSALIM). The service of Hazrat Usman (Razi ALLAH ho TAALA Anho) was that he verified all the Quran scripts. He had not brought it with his home, but he had consulted all elder SAHABA E KARAM (Rizwan ALLAH HO TAALA Anham Ajmaeen) for that purpose.
And Hazrat Usman (Razi ALLAH HO TAALA Anho) had not been shaheed for things like "sectarian, compilation of Quran, or his Interpretation of Islam". All SAHABA E KARAM (Rizwan ALLAH HO TAALA Anham Ajmaeen) was in favour of him and no one of them was against him. It was the rebells from newly embraced muslim who were deluded by Abduallah bin Saba another new-muslim who was infact a hypocrate(munafiq) and originally a jew. They were of the view that the caliphate is the right of Hazrat Ali (Razi ALLAH HO TAALA Anho) not Hazrat Usman (Razi ALLAH HO TAALA Anho). But Hazrat Ali (Razi ALLAH HO TAALA Anho) did not favoured them.

Islam is the only original, genuine and pure religion. All Ahle-e-Kitab know that but they do not accept this fact due to their bias.
Tell me one thing who was St. Paul, had not he made christianity made according to the believe of idol worshipers Romans and other people who were in majority and were not ready to accept christianity in its original form.
From where comes the "Believe of Trinity". Had Hazrat JESUS / ESA (ALAIHAY ASSLAM) preached for that. Your christianity is not the religion of Hazrat JESUS / ESA (ALAIHAY ASSLAM). It is the religion St. Paul. It is the believe of Idol worshiper Romans. the religion of Hazrat JESUS / ESA (ALAIHAY ASSLAM) was also Islam.
QIBLA in MAKKAH MUKARAM was not pagan centre of rituals it was built by Hazrat Ibraheem (ALAIHAY ASSLAM) who is an elder and well known PROPHET in semitic religion.
        Idol worshiper misused it.
I know you know all these facts but still you will not accept it, just like jews of Madinah Munawara.

this is the empire of ashoka the great:

This is ashokas inscription from Kandahar, afghanistan:

The mauryan empire never included any part of Afghanistan and you need to stop using fabricated maps from Wikipedia.

The greatest of the mauryans was asoka and even his empire at its greatest extent never included any of todays Afghanistan, in fact it did not even include any part north of the indus river of pakistan. which means his empire did not not include the majority of the pashtun and balauch areas of todays pakistan. in fact his empire stretched from what is todays karachi in the west not Afghanistan. Asokas most north westerly pillar edict is near mansera.

The official language of the mauryan empire was Prakrit. This language is related to the language of Sanskrit. The writing on the stone in Kandahar are in Aramaic the language of the Semites, its not prakrit/Sanskrit.

If you even bother to study my post. You should know that I have said that Quran has come to its written form. I did not use the word compilation. Hazrat Usman (RAZI ALLAH HO TAAALA ANHO) did this service for Islam. But it does not mean that Quran was not there or Quran came in his era. Quran had completely been written in the life of Prophet MUHAMMAD (SAL ALLAH HO TAALA ALAIHAY WA ALAY HE WASSALAM).

And you have not told me the mother language of Hazrat ESA (JESUS) Alaihay Asslam.
And please also tell me that can you provide even a single manuscript of Bible in that language.

                What is the Quran?

Al-Quran is the eternal miracle. It is the last Book of Allah sent for the guidance of humanity through the last Prophet, Muhammad, peace be upon him (PBUH).

                Revelation of the Quran

The Quran was revealed piecemeal throughout a period of about 23 years. The Prophet received the first revelation in 610CE, in the Cave of Hira in the Mountain of Light (Jabale-Noor), two and a half miles away from the House of Allah in the city of Makkah in Arabia.

The first revelation was the first five verses of Surah (chapter) Al-Alaq: "Iqra bismi rabbikalla dhi khalaq. Khalaqal insana min alaq. Iqra wa rabbukal akram. Alladhi 'allama bil qalam. 'Allamal insana malam ya’lam, " which means "Read in the name of your Lord who created, created man from a clot. Read, for your Lord is most Generous, Who teaches by means of the pen, teaches man what he does not know." (96: 1-5)

The last revelation was the third verse of Surah Al-Maidah, which was sent down to the Prophet in 632 C.E. : "Al yawma akmaltu lakum dinakam wa atmamtu alaikam ni'mati wa raditu' lakumul islama dinan''," which means "Today I perfected your religion for you and completed my favor to you and have chosen for you Al-Islam as your religion." (5:3)

Surah Al-Fatiha (The Opening Chapter) was the first complete chapter to be revealed and Surah An-Nasr was the last.

                Divisions of the Quran

Al-Quran is divided into thirty equal divisions, which are called juz in Arabic. There are 114 chapters, of varying length. The longest chapter is Al-Baqarah consisting of 286 verses and the shortest chapter is AlKawthar consisting of three verses only. The whole Quran has 6,236 verses (see Basic Stats on The Holy Quran )

The chapters revealed before the migration of the Prophet to Madina are called Makkan, whereas those sent down after the migration are called Madinan.

                Topics of the Chapters

Makkan chapters generally consist of brief sentences which are full of enthusiasm, poetical, lofty and brilliant. They stress the Unity and Majesty of Allah, the Most Exalted, Most High (SWT), denounce idol worship, promise paradise for the righteous and warn wrongdoers of their punishment in Hellfire, confirm the prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH), and remind humanity of the past prophets and events of their time.

On the other hand, the Madinan chapters are lengthy and the verses are more prosaic. They outline ritualistic aspects of Islam such as Zakah, Fasting, and Hajj, lay down moral and ethical codes, criminal laws, social, economic, and state policies, give guidelines for foreign relations, rules and regulations for battle and the captives of war. They also contain descriptions of some of the early battles of Islam, condemnation of hypocrites, emphasis on the unified basic message of all the past prophets, and confirmation that the process of prophethood and revelation is complete, so that no Prophet will come after Muhammad [PBUH], no new book will be revealed, and Allah's religion is complete through Al-Quran. So here Allah [SWT] exhorted the followers of truth to make Al-Quran as their only guide.

                The Importance of the Quran

The Quran is considered the eternal miracle of Islam. It is the complete and best guide for living one's life and seeking Allah's pleasure The teachings of the Quran are universal, addressed to all people throughout the world regardless of their creed and color. They enlighten man's soul, purify his morals, condemn all wrongs, order good deeds and call for the establishment of justice and fraternity through obeying Allah as the supreme authority. The Quran provides the regulations that create the proper relations between man and Allah and man and man. It leads man to understand his role in this world, encourages him to think and ponder, and guides him in the usage of natural resources. In short, the Quran provides all the guidance that humanity needs. Without the guidance of the Quran, humanity would still be groping in the darkness of ignorance.

                Compilation of the Quran

The Quran was revealed piecemeal, according to the needs of the time. Angel Jibrail [PBUH] brought it to the Prophet [PBUH] who would memorize it. Afterwards, it was preserved in two ways.

First, through memorization, there were a number of early Muslims who would memorize each revelation as soon as it was revealed and thus had the whole Quran memorized at the time of the final revelation. The tradition of memorizing the entire Quran still continues, and a person who does so is called a Hafize Quran.

Second, the Quran was preserved through writing. Whenever any revelation took place, it was written at once on tablets, palm branches, shorn of leaves, or animal skin. This was done primarily by Zaid bin Thabit, who was the main scribe out of the 42 scribes of the revelation. The Prophet [PBUH] set the order of the chapters under the guidance of Angel Jibrail [PBUH] and ordered his companions to maintain that order. Abu Bakr, the first caliph of Islam, compiled the Quran, and Uthman, the third caliph, made numerous copies and sent one copy to each state capital. NOTE: It was already written by 42 scribes and memorised by many at the time of the prophet muhammad s.a.w furthermore the order of the chapters was also set by the prophet muhammad s.a.w himself and was compiled by the first califa Abu bakr sideeq r.a

                Eternal Miracle

Al-Quran is the only ever living miracle. Today no other miracle of any prophet exists. According to a survey, the number of Huffaz (persons who have memorized the whole Quran) today is more than 10 million.
Millions of editions and copies were printed and handwritten in almost every part of the world. They were also translated into most of the languages of mankind. During the period of over 1400 years since the Quran was revealed, not a single letter was changed. This is one of the greatest miracles of the Quran.

if even a child can memorize the quran from start to finish in the 21st, is it really that hard to believe that it would of been memorized and preserved by countless people in the times of the prophet?

on a side note, i love how a christian here is questioning the authenticity and dates of religious text lol

The Christian relgion for the first few centuries was basically a secret society and the earliest New Testament fragments that we know of were typically translated from Hebrew into Greek since the entire region was under Hellenic dominion. Which is why you won't find Syriac and Latin version of the New Testament until later.

The most ancient example is the John Ryland papyrus fragment written sometime between 98 and 138 AD. Papyrus Bodmer II, papyrus codex containing the bulk of the Gospel according to John, is dated to around 200 A.D.

Mecca, the supposed centre for Islam, has little historicity whatsoever before or during the time of Muhammad and Quranic oral tradition, only migrated into written form during the eighth and ninth century. Yet we have fully compiled New Testaments dating from the fourth century inthe form of the Septuagint (seventy in Latin).

You have not answered my another question. How the beleive of trinity has come into christianity. It was not taught by Hazrat Esa (Alaihay Asslam). Please do tell me.
