Mr. mashum if you read what I wrote, I said theirs some researches who said that the Ghandari's descendants are modern day Pashtuns/ Hindkwo, and Dards. Which in a sense makes sense since they live together where the land of Ghandara was.

First, Iranic tribes or Aryan tribes didn't come from persia, persia is a just a western name for "the iranian" pleatue. Aryan tribes most likely came from the north of Afghanistan and Iran. Some Aryan tribes like medes and persian went westwards and some went south eastwards like pashtuns, yaghnobis and many others.

so in essence yes Iranic tribes, pashtuns, persians, kurds, lurs, tajik and many others are not native to iranian plaetue but are nomadic settelers from somewhere in central asia or siberia. but since they have settled here so long many of the areas are named after them.
