It goes both ways: A woman should find a good Muslim man who maintains both religion and culture, and a man should find a good Muslim woman who does the same.

Culture is very important to keep and is almost always with Islam.

Education and culture are both important, but think culture is more so.

Avoid people who have had histories or relationships.

I am agreed with you a good Muslimah is the one who is religious and cultural.

Girl with relationship in the past "NO WAY" because I never have been in relationship with someone.

Don't be a hypocritical muslim/pakhtun/human its that simple! Look at yourself and then try to find a match, if you think you are perfect in every facet of life, look for perfection, if you make mistakes in any way, then if you want to marry a human don't expect perfection... if you can keep your commitments to her, she should to you. She like you is human, you should learn to forgive each other.

Manzareh wrora, you'll always marry a stranger. You never know who the person you're with is until you're married and living with each other. That's when you two really get to understand each other. It takes couples years, literally years to understand each other. So even if she's family, you'll know about her family and all, but you won't know about her. As for marrying a non-relative, Islamically you're allowed to get to know them. Through Halal ways you guys can meet and get to know each other and see if you want to be with one another. I know a lot of young Muslims that take that route and on top of that some Masjid's offer pre-marital counseling, you can go and talk to them Imam about your relationship with that individual and truly see, if the relationship will work out. If not the Imam, there's always someone else- a chaperon that can logically break down the situation for you. I agree, with you marriage is beyond confusing, but when the time comes and if its meant to be then, Allah (SWT) will lead you towards that path. But marriage is never easy and your spouse again, if she's a relative or not will always remain a mystery to you for a while. Until you've both been with each other, living with each other for a while. =)
"Do not lose hope in adversity and complain that God singled you out for punishment, remitting others guilty of worse sins. Your present state could very well be His intent to elevate your spiritual station. Or He could just be testing your faith. Everyday that you persevere, you grow closer to perfection. Thus, your present despair may be the beginning of an infinite blessing". - Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani.
