this thread is going very racist and racism is a very big sin. may God forgive us all

this question popped in my mind since kushan prince talked about paki Pashtun of mixed origin. are marwat mixed too? marwat are living for centuries in a very locked demographics for centuries and interaction with other tribal Pashtun is very limited. similarly interaction with non Pashtun is very scare because the land is very undeveloped. in past hindu also lived there and there are still some seraiki (or may be it's hindko) speaking people living in city.

also what is the reason I can easily recognize Afghan Pashtun from TV or Afghan muhajir in a street just by look?
I can also recognize people of Waziristan too from fascial features.
what is the reason fascial features vary too much like our language accent between paki Pashtun tribes but not in Afghan pashtun?
    on topic

Not at all, can't judge you via the internet. This just my personal observations in real life meetings.

You Afghans (proper as well as persianized) of diaspora are living in delusions and have strange definitions for Pashtuns. At the end of the day Pashtun is ethnic plus linguistic identity, rest of the criteria are the principles and levels of Pashtun-ness. A bengali affiliating himself with the cause of Pashtuns, fighting for it, is still a Bengali, there is no such thing as "honourary Pashtun, its not knighthood. Same principle applies on you and Afghanfootball.

The identity and survival of Pashtuns is not tied to Afghanistan or Pakistan, the -stans. Your state was founded by Ahamd Shah Durrani whose father from Herat competed against rival Kandahar under Hotak rule. His tribe joined Nadir Shah Afshar in bringing down the first native state founded on the basis of Pashtun nationalism. Yusufzais refused submission to Durrani monarchs and they were not bothered. For greater good of Pashtun qaum, Durranis should have accepted Hotaki rule, they didnt. Yusufzais should have participated in Durrani empire, they didnt........still it doesnt make them less of Pashtuns. Its called division and disunity, different priorities and ideologies. No matter how much you make "Afghaniyat" and other noises, your identity wont change, you are just activist.
This is what you are good at doing, accusing people of being Farsiwan or Hazara when they don't agree with your assertions. Maybe you should stop being so salty and cut down on the racism before you get banned again like you did with your Smarty account. I am not a Farsiwan but i have more respect for them than the likes of you and many other Paki Pathans who prostitute themselves to Pakistan for the sake of acceptance by Punjabis. The Bengali on this site has not once claimed to be Pashtun and has admitted he is mostly ignorant on the Pashtun cause.

I fail to see what this had to my original comment, i was not here for a history lesson but you went on a bizzare emotional rant. Good one.

The stereotype of pathans being tall and giant exists in india because mostly lodi tribes migrated to india in period of delhi sultanates and with armies of ghaznavi, ghauri and timur. Thats why this image lingered on. About the looks of marwats, they are very non-semetic unlike Afridis. Skin tone, gandami and burned due to intense sun. Sir edwards say marwats have blue and green eyes but in my opinion percentage is very small compared to yusufzais , ghilzais etc but more than bannuchis. English say, the artisan caste and daman etc among us are indic so it doesnt matter we are isolated, expect the admixture. Also a big portion of niazis came back from india in 16th century after fall of sur dynasty, may be same is the case with marwats and other lohanis.
Overall marwats have trans-indus features, on average marwat look like the guy in the top among three pictures, posted by afghanfootball. Middle one is ghilzai-ish, while last one is very Afghanish with features also shared by tajiks.
LOL you are way too obsessed with what British writers said about Pashtuns in the past. I know they were your former masters since you guys were part of the Raj but man you got to chill out with that. You really think they were right in everything? What does a Marwat having blue or green eyes have to do with anything? I remember venturing on Pk.defence where you were trying hard to convince Punjabi members that Marwats were not indians and that Pashtuns were all tall LOL.

You are in a serious inferiority complex my friend.

Farsibana, dont shake your hips in vulgar manner. Edward was commissioner of Bannu and Marwat in 1848 and he registered his observations, facts and stats in his book, he is relavant as his work is published reference material .About me talking on PDF, that was the same tilla-jogian guy and he said the same stuff that Marwats are Luvhanas vishyas of Sindh and Gujarart, my clarification has nothing to do with inferiority complex........

You are short-legged Tajik, Pashtuns are on average taller......this fact is not disputed by any one.

Not sure whether it's my size that makes them feel uncomfortable or the fact that they feel they constantly have something to prove. It's a very strange ora. The KP Pashtuns p*ss me off with their desi traits but they are much happier, respectable on a whole more people like them they have a lot more diverse friends, the afghans seem to only stick with each other.
to be honest I have seen a healthy slim and thin guys very good at fighting at least they show all high courage. on the other side the muscular guys who go gym daily to attract some ***** will escape the mother earth the moment he smell fight.

There's nothing wrong with being a Farsiwan, there's something wrong when by your own admission your father is not Pashtun, but you claim to be one. That's posing, and posing is a sign of inferiority.
