In cause you haven't noticed, butting in to other people's personal matters is part of our nature. It's one of those traits that our people are very proud of. Personally i'm not muslim and i will never convert
But i have a punjabi muslim friend, and he will marry a baloch girl
But i think that all the muslims can marry each other
A hindu will marry a hindu girl
Same for sikhs etc....
A muslim will marry a muslim woman
A pashtana will marry a punjabi muslim

In Islam muslims should not marry non muslims. there is no argument on this, muslim men maybe allowed to marry Jews/Christians in circumstances, but I think even that is discouraged, because it leads to trouble down the road.

As for muslims marrying different ethnicities, it is obviously allowed. I mean would you let your daughter marry a criminal from your own ethnicity or a pious muslim from another ethnicity? prefering your ethnicity is fine, because of same culture, but you should never close doors on others

The rest of your story also is not in fact so correct as we know that all the foreigners running around in KP and Afghanistan are frequently forcing locals to marry or give them their daughters.

And we know that Pashtuns are also not a "pure" race but quite mixed (like most other people) as can be seen from the genetic test results and as would be expected from the known history of the area.

also the concept giving your daughter is wrong anyways, doesn't matter if you do it with in ones own ethnicity or others

it does matter, Khapal khalak khapal eh, khapala pashto kha eh kanna, why would you give your sister or daughter to strangers.
you got to continue your culture and language.

In my view, its best (though not mandatory) if educated/pious african marries similar african person and educated/pious pashtun/afghan marries similar pashtun/afghan.

To be honest I lost all hope in Pashto and our culture according to the members here, they are are too soft and weak Pashtuns here that will end giving away their sisters and daughter to strangers.

To me religion matters more then any thing, ethnicity/cultural back ground is always secondary.

Zanuna pe re kharab kawi...these are gaggarrs...ask a pakistani what gaggarrs mean...they are not pashtun,they are some lost souls,some having identity crisis and some have nothing from honour left,other don't know pashtunwali,islam and similar.
