Oh yes, this is just a philosophical exercise.

The point of the matter is whether He can exist and not exist at the same time.

If He exists, then which God is the right God?
Islam will prevail, a promise made by the Creator of this universe:

[61:8] They desire to extinguish the light of Allah with the breath of their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

[61:9] He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it.

If you read my OP you would have understood my question.

I am not here to make you upset or offend you or anyone else.

        May Allah be with you.

          1. Should one wait to see how many go one way or the other before making up their minds?
          2. Should one be part of those who set the precedences?
          3. Should one just conclude that for those who believe that God exist He exists; and for those who don't believe that He exists He does not exist?
          4. It is safe to say that they are both right?

For those who concluded that He does not exist, the matter is over. However, for those who concluded that He does exist there is dilemma: which God is the right God?

How does one conclude which God is the real God? Or are ALL GODS correct?

          What are you thoughts?
so Momin...you believe in one God.....and you know the God u believe in is correct...and now u want to know other's view regarding this....

Many people are saying that it is fine to believe in ALL Gods. So, I want to know how is that possible. If He cannot exist and exist at the same time then how is it possible for there to be more than ONE God?

Momin... i am of the opinion that when starting threads like these, the starters of the thread needs to write their opinions first and then ask for other's opinion...otherwise it sends a wrong message...

It is very clear that I believe in One God. Practically all of my posts are about defending Islam and the Oneness of Allah.

The question was for those who like to challenge and question anything and everything.

The question was formulated in a such a way so as to bring out a concrete conclusion.

I don't believe in forceful conversions.

I do, however, believe that man has to be re-acquainted with their Creator, otherwise they are just wasting their time with useless philosophical debates. They are wasting their time with their satirical humour which only appeals to those who are oblivious of their appointed times of death.

Believing in Allah is all about faith, proving it with logic will always be useless as you can not prove it, having said that if its not proven doesn't mean Allah doesn't exist. For example
accepting your dad as your dad, you couldn't prove it like 50 years ago the DNA test was not there. Still most people just as word of mouth accept the guy who live in their house as their dad. I hope no one will say as I haven't seen them doing this and brining me to life so lets say he is not my dad.

Lastly as I think it is not the problem. The problem is that humans are suffering(some will blame Allah for it, Some will blame ISI, some will blame the US, and some themselves.) and the people who speak my language are specifically at the receiving end, so personally I believe these debates are useless. Lets work for the real problem and find solutions rather than buying each other tickets to heaven or hell, or blaming each other as stupid for believing in something which we can't prove. It might give you fake sense of victory but won't achieve anything.
We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.

If I agree with you we w'd both be wrong.

Be good, If you can't be good be lucky

There has been more blood shed in the name of God and to please God than anything else on this planet.

The Belief in God should always be a personal matter.

If it is imposed on others by force the law of the land should deal with such a individual.

                        Kind Regards

The belief in God should not be shoved down peoples' throat, however, it should be preached.

If people want to abuse human beings in the name of God, it is unfortunate, but it can happen. It does not take away from Allah existing.

                          People abuse everything.

Allah is indiscriminate, when He punishes. He does not care for whether you are Muslim, Jew, Christian, Hindu, etc., when He punishes. Moreover, those who indirectly are Muslims or who are directly Muslims are not punished by Allah.

As for those who are directly Muslims He them puts through tribulations so as to strengthen their faith by means of it.

The reason Afghans have been so unfortunate is because they think that just by claiming to be Muslim that they are saved, and they think that by simply professing being Muslim is enough for them to do anything and they will not go to Hell.

We have been unfortunate because we have a fairy-tale approach to the Hereafter, we think that we will go to Heaven and that is all that matters. We don't think about that we will go Hell.

The fact that the Pashtun have been suffering for 100+ years is a matter of concern, because Allah gives tranquility after hardship for those whom He is purposefully puts under tribulations. However, with the Pashtun we have consistently been suffering for 100+ years, despite fighting jihad, trying to overthrow NATO, etc. There is a message that Allah is sending to the Pashtun: He is not pleased with us and our ways.

If you read Afghanitan's past 100+ years history you would come to know why we are suffering.

For someone to make the claim that he/she/it is the creator of the universe, every word from that entity and its emissaries must be scrutinized to the fullest extent because someone making that claim must be as close to being perfect as possible and those claims must also be as perfect as is possible. Up till today, no one has passed that test. The being that 'created' the laws of physics, the laws of nature, the ever-expanding universe with stars, planets, self-sufficient systems, etc must be an entity of great scientific knowledge and it just goes against common sense to think that such a magnificent being would be interested in you covering certain parts of your body, you sitting down while going to the toilet, you ritually praying and fasting and observing other minute religious rules, you allying yourself with or becoming enemies with other nations, etc.
