lol, looks great. the best indian food i had, was on the way to india, in singapore. it was at an indian/nepali restaurant and the food was divine. then i got to tamil nadu and could hardly eat anything.

I have never tried nepali food, I heard it's really good. That's my next mission.

other then few regions and dishes, I notice that south indian and bengali foods are actually less spicy compared to most north indian dishes, I think north indians and punjabis eat the most spicy food overall in south asia, not to mention oily

I hate bland food. Contrary to popular belief, in Punjab food has no spice if you are in the villages.

But when you go into cities, they use a lot. I love spicy food, but there's been times after eating out from the city, I felt like I was internally bleeding. lol

^ the villages everywhere have less spices because their foods are simple, the mughal and other spicy dishes were invented in cities

adjika (various sorts of chilly peppers). indian and mexican would taste like candy.

what are you talking about. panjab spice is nothing compared to south indian spice, they actually put more spice than the food itself. they even put peppers in their water.
