You are such a shallow thinker it boggles my mind, how could a person like you be not in an insane asylum. Are you on drugs or just high on arrogance. Why dont you blame the government that allows the idiot to use a stupid law against this child.

Since you guys are too stupid to understand words, allow me to explain to you in pictures.
This was the law in america:
    slavery being legal

    This was the result:

    Then the law changed:

    and this was the result:

condemn the law, change the law -> progress

Why you are all imbeciles for not getting the point:

The Law of Pakistan is the law and legal system existing in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Pakistani law is based upon the legal system of British India; thus ultimately on the common law of England and Wales. Pakistan as an Islamic republic also has been influenced by Islamic Sharia law.

Pakistan has no right from Islamic and secular perspective to have blasphemy laws.

There we have it, faye and DZJ would like to see this child burned to the stick if she indeed burnt a Quran and the Mullah wasn't an idiot, telling the truth. That's what the LAW says. Gotta follow the LAW.

        Imbeciles.
ah, so now we do the 'let us say that..' the IF game. then project fantasy conclusions onto faye and dzj. good show resistance.

and khushal believes he is consistantly and creatively outwitted by a junkie.
some serious low self esteem you got going there, guys.

Typical troll response compensating for idiocy with unwarranted self-flattery.

Your argument has been tarnished draconian laws supporter, go burn a child to a stick!

you are obviously not a very aware, bitter old man, resistance, but khushal especially and yourself generally have a strange habit of not blaming the ones who did a thing. blames anything but the culprit themselves.
personally i was responding to his usual characteristic behaviour, which i find amusing.
i doubt that allah or god, gives a crap, about the burning of a couple of pages of paper with print on it. i am sure the creator has other things to be occupied with.

yeah, that's right. change the laws in books but keep the mentalities in the gutters. that is exactly how a society will change. you are not willing to change the pattern of your thoughts but are all keen on waving the flag of different laws for minorities. where there are guns, there will be no laws. and we all know your opinion on random citizens carrying guns to bring along their own laws. just waste everyone's time. keep people distracted while you **** up some more.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

No, Allah swt wont forgive or excuse the Mullah rather that Mullah would earn His punishment. On the other hand the law which was in placed by a clean shaven pseudo-Islamist military dictator installed by the West in a country that is anything but Islamic, governed by institutions imposed by the British colonialist till this day, must also be look'd at.

In Islam, the case of blasphemy is serious, because the punishment is serious. If you do not have sufficient eye witnesses you can't really punish anyone with committing such a crime as long as you refuse the act. If this girl refused to burning Quran, or said she could have done it by mistake, the case ended right there and then. A person can be held accountable only if they consciously, sanely, admit to committing such a deed. Even then you are given 3 chances to retract. 3 CHANCES TO CLAIM YOUR INNOCENCE!!!

The law in Pakistan is pure bullcrap, where the Prime Minister can't even recite a simple Quranic ayat that every 3rd grader knows by heart.
No one would agree with these apologetic explanations. Saudi Arab is the best example of the rule of divine Islamist law ---so you say it is free of all sort of discrimination, haan? Enough of apologetic nonsense---No one is going to believe the rubbish any further.

Left to the fanatic vultures, the innocent soul would be devoured alive. It is the secular law that is coming to her rescue.

Who is apologizing, rather you fail to understand the simple. Saudi Arabia doesn't claim to be a secular nation founded by a secular leader.

And no, Saudi Arab is not the best example of Islamist law, otherwise it wouldn't be experiencing "terrorism" at the hands of Islamists.

Yes---the perfect most fair Islamist law exists somewhere in the dark hovels of a fanatic's kprai (skull)? When is it to see the light of the day so we see how fair it is ? Enough of self-deception and apologetic explanations.

so blasphemy laws were not imported by a government military dude, from other muslim countries, where they may have been created by mullahs?
the dictator just made it up himself?

Apparently, the girl was imprisoned for her own good as the mob would have burnt her alive.

This is the similar justification that many liberal Pakistanis also give. According to them, if there were no Blasphemy law, than the accused will be lynched on the spot rather than being under police protection in jail.

So yeah, it is not the law that is the problem; but rather intolerant attitude and mentality of the masses.

You are wrong. If you bring those same people to the US or any other western country, they can not do anything similar to what they are doing in pakistan because the laws are different.

The law is the problem. Intolerant attitudes exist every where including in your India where mobs burn people alive. You maybe right to think that the girl was imprisoned to save her from an ignorant mob, but the mob is ignorant because the law encourages them to be and may feel the law protects their ignorant actions.

Here in the America, in the south, people used to frequently lynch black men, pulically without fear, for crimes they may or may not have committed and the law enforcement did not do anything to the mob that lynched those people because the law was on their side. Today we have laws that will come down hard on anyone that lyches anyone.

These things dont exist in America because the laws were changed.

Again. Condemn the law, change the law -> progress
