No one is being emotionally distressed.

Since you are so firm in this stance, could you please let me know why stoning to death is not mentioned anywhere in the Quran? Moreover, could you please tell me how many people did the Prophet stone to death after the revelation of 24:2-3?

now you are making no sense. every question of yours in that post was directly and sufficiently answered by me. if only you people stopped living in denial and started to acknowledge things for what they are, not what you would like them to be.
no it was not. i asked you to quote me where in quraan it says that people who commit to zinah should be stoned till death in public. you posted quotes about non believers.

it is an established fact that many many 'westenized' afghans indulge in the behaviours i mentioned. it is dishonest and quire absurd of you to deny this. the message i was attempting to set forth was that it is hypocrisy and uncalled for these very wrongdoers who routinely get drunk and fornicate to be dictating what authentic islam really is.
what does westernized exactly mean?? unless you edited your post after i had already commented on it, no where did i see the westernized part when i read it initially..you said afghans living in foreign.
i would like to remind you that the matter that we are discussing took place inside afghanistan in an area which is still being governed by the ever so righteously and religious taliban. why are you lecturing me on afghans in foreign?? yes, it does happen in foreign but what is so new there?? look at what type of things happen inside afghanistan. at least no one is stoning anybody else to death here.

as far as you telling others there is a spot in hell waiting for them; shame on you and your stupidity. you are not God naudhubillah to be questioning where those of us self righteous muslims who speak up for our prophet (saw) i didn't say anything about him..will end up. there is a big difference between me and you. without any knowledge of the qur'an, any knowledge of the sunnah, you are the ones pulling things out of nowhere. you seem to be a very profane and shameless woman.. here we are mentioning Allah's Swt's name and you use vulgarity. save the profanity for when you're out, this is a conservative pashtun forum which minors use as well. it just goes to show the tarbiyah your parents taught you. profanity is worse enough when men do it, but women are expected to have better control of their mouths and tempers. i will be the judge of what i think people deserve to hear from me and what expectations they should keep from me, not the other way around. PEER PRESSURE TENDS TO MAKE PEOPLE SAY THINGS THAT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. I THINK MANY WOMEN IN HERE SECRETLY WISH THEY COULD CURSE LIKE I DO WHILE IN COMPANY OF PASHTUNS... I COULD BE WRONG THOUGH. SOME PEOPLE END UP DROWNING IN PEER PRESSURE.. if that makes me shameless by your definition, then i will be it...keep telling me how wrong it is of me to do so. it gives me more pleasure while i do it in future...FOR YOUR OPINION TO MATTER, YOU HAVE TO MATTER FIRST. in pakhto as well as in islam. if you acted the way you do in a pakhtun village, they would not let you alive. little surprise for you sweetheart, i am not in a pakhtun village.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

since you are so adament in your denial of this aspect of shariah yes, i will let you know. because the prophet (saw) said that the qur'an is not the only source for which things may be made forbidden. the prophet (saw) was the living embodiment of islam and all of the actions which he did at all times are considered obligatory. likewise all the actions he always abstained from are considered haram. so things are not elucidated in the qur'an alone.

since i am not a scholar, i do not know the exact number and such a question is worded quite unnecessarily with seemingly ill intentions. what i can tell you however is that in the beginning of islam, the punishment for those who had committed adultery was to be locked up for life.

"If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, take the evidence of four (reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or Allah ordain for them some (other) way." 4:15

the last sentence Allah (swt) says that is to be followed until Allah(Swt) ordains for them another way. thus that other way, was the abrogation of this verse and the subsequent replacing with stoning.

the prophet (SAW) said: ‘Receive (teaching) from me, receive (teaching) from me. Allah has made another way for those (women). When an unmarried man commits adultery with an unmarried woman, (they should receive) one hundred lashes, and banishment for one year. In the case of a married male committing adultery with a married female, they should receive one hundred lashes and be stoned to death.’ Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a saheeh hasan hadeeth

If you don't know, since you admit that you are not a scholar, then give it a rest.

Moreover, when the punishment for a fornicator and an adulterer are mentioned in the Quran then there is no need to search anywhere else.

The rest of your post does not make sense.

my views are those construed by islam's most-respected scholars. so even though you may question me, with wicked intent, as to completely unnecessary information such as the total number of people stoned during the prophet's time, you have to learn how to look at the bigger picture and what i so kindly took the time to explain to you. many pieces of the qur'an were later abrogated and replaced with something new; this is not the only one. neither of the 4 madhabs deny the legitmacy of the hadd punishment for adultery. it is only you plagued by some serious emotional turmoil and denial who would prefer to think otherwise. no one gives a care about what you "think" or want, it is authentic islamic rulings and traditions of the prophet (Saw) which ultimately matter. at first you were maliciously trying to mislead people into thinking that hadd punishment of stoning was meant for jews alone without acknowledging that the prophet (saw) actually ordered it for muslims as well. i think you need to stop being lazy and stubborn and instead do some honest research instead of making me do all the work for you. seeking our for true knowledge such as this is fardh.

the prophet (saw) said that his sunnah is just as important as the qur'an. the scholars of islam hold both equivalently in legal weight. there are many things made forbidden or obligatory by the sunnah of rasulullah (saw) alone. he (saw) himself said this.

my post makes every bit of sense...you just need to open your eyes a little wider.

not only are you known throughout here as a rude and vulgar woman. you also deny hadith now, and are proud of publicizing and defending your sins such as listening to all sorts of music and cursing. its apparent now too that you act like a kid when you're not and like being immature...

o wait, i have one...the prophet didn't use internet. why are you using it??

I advice you to stop listening to those love songs. It is affecting your judgement.

i am me and me likes listening to all types of music.
Although I'm not on Babo's side in this debate, that's a weak analogy

what the prophet did do and didn't do are two distinct variables.

The Prophet (saw) punishing adulterers with capital punishment is a legal ordinance not merely some personal script he followed for himself alone. The ordinance was carried out by his followers and was dictated to from the Prophet(saw).

The penalty for stoning in Islaam for marital adultery cannot be denied by anyone who is intellectually honest in regards to Islamic Textual and Legal Matters. Although people are trying, they fail due to having at best merely circumstantially based rebuttals.

What's open for debate however is the methodology in which criminal offenses were handled. Never was there ever an act in which the Nabi (saw) merely acted on the impulse of rage. Every act was deliberate and thought out insomuch as legal order is concerned. Every process was a check on possible insufficiencies that could undermine justice.

This is a stark contrast from the Taliban method which is impulse driven and without appropriate concern for salient features which would justify when and how a penalty as severe as Rajm (stoning) can and should be administered.

he gave me a poor analogy and i returned him the favor. it was meant to be a poor analogy.
i wish babo changes her name sometime soon. i call my grandma babo...i told babo why i didn't accept her hadis/qoute... people tend to interpret things according to their own will most often so when i see a simple translation of the arabic script in a language i understand, i will believe it otherwise it's just a waste of time. not to mention, her quote was irrelevant to what i was questioning.

babo is an inside joke.. from where i come from we call elder ladies worthy of respect babo but it is sometimes intentionally misused as a silly term of endearment. in my case i say it to anyone i like just to be funny, such a male child.
