In science, there is no absolute proof or 'absolute truth'. You either reject a theory based on evidence(s) or support it based on evidence(s). A theory is valid as long as there is no evidence to dispute it. So, so far, science hasn't been able to give a conclusive answer as to where this whole universe come from/how-where did it come from. Until that question is answered conclusively, we can't reject the notion of a "creator". So, you may BELIEVE that there is no God, but you can't CLAIM for sure that there is no God, because that will put the burden of proof on you to disprove God, which you won't be able to do.
And someone asked if God created everything then who created God. Well, the definition of "God" may vary from people to people, but in the context of our beliefs, if a "god" is "created" then that "god" doesn't remain a God (in the sense that we take the word 'God'). Based on our beliefs, God can't be created (i.e. He was before all things, so that nothing can be said to be before Him).
How do we know God's existence? Through His creation.
lol BTW, I guarantee you that even after thousands year of this post, science won't be able to answer this question "Where does it all begin?". It's just not possible to answer this question scientifically.
