Provide me the link to the research. No ad hom here.

Ascribing to views held by West on race as fact is odd considering Western society has a long history or racism and genocides which were race based.

Thats not what im referring to. The research you are citing seems to be racist so I want to see it. " white men are masculine and white women are feminine" black women are less feminine << how is that not racist?

You cited research discussing race and attractiveness. Please post link

I'm taking a wild guess that you can not find the research then.

This is now a Toramana style response. Running away from a question lol. In my world I want a source and a link for the facts you list.

OR you can come out and say that these are all your personal opinions: that in your world, white men are most masculine and white women are most feminine lol.

If that is your own opinion just say it is.

One has to consider the fact that European colonialism around the world and European/American influential power in movies and Western culture shapes the attitudes of those people.

A white woman in America at least has always been shown as the ideal female whereas as a black woman has always been shown as the non-ideal female. A white man has always been shown as the ideal man whereas a black man has always been shown as a non-ideal man. I don't think one can make judgements based of a social and cultural narrative pushed forth by white patriarchy (i.e European white males)
I think much of this is anacdodal, like the example of how many Eastern Asian men have you seen with a black woman?

I doubt there have been any comprehensive studies or censuses on this issue though.

Then again, I only read the last 2 pages on a thread about diet so I may be completely lost here.

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

                      • Khushal's "studies" are based on how people choose mates on dating sites. like Plenty of Fish, Match or OKCupid.

But the faultiness of this is how races are perceived and how they "are"; are two different things based on the cultural and social landscape.

In a society dominated by White Racial identity as the cultural ideal and the iconic totem pole; everyone is seen as "less masculine" and thus less preferred and even other races becoming socialized in such a society are groomed to internalize this ideal. Hence you see Asian American and Indian women trying to grub up white males so often. Even these days you see it common with Afghans and other Middle Easterners. It maybe to a lesser degree but it's gaining momentum.

In Western society, the image given to Afghans isn't an "icon of masculinity" oozing testosterone, rather it's of "men intimidated by women that they're afraid to let them out of the house", trying to overcompensate. The way Asians are perceived as "domicile and placid" is just another version of their cultural assaults against others. Not how others are actually are.

Black males get a little different portrayal they're the "bad boy" taboo, but this is more a reflection of the inner cuckishness of Whites, the thrill of this "black heathen" hungrily trying to get the "white woman" is some sort of fetish for them.

So dating site "statistics" tell us only the cultural landsscape that these sites reflect not the actuality of what these people are. While we can all agree South Asians are weak and unmasculine in general but this is more because of on the ground realities, not dating site stats. It just so happens their dating site stats line up with that.

Bottom line, these are largely just biases. Not a definition of masculinity.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

The point I was making was that khushal was discussing some research on "masculinity." I asked him if it was the online dating one (it was not he said). I wanted to see this research he was discussing but now it seems it does not exist.

I know in Western societies where whites are majority, whites bias their self perception in news and media.

While I view all people irrespective of their background as unique whether they are white, black, yellow, purple, Arab, Asian etc etc whatever, I have never for 1 second thought anyone was better than me and nor have I expected people to think I am better than them.

As to masculinity, all I know is that many men from the East see white women as easy meat, but rarely marry them. Indians and some others are a different story as I know they idolize whites and whiteness. But to tell me Western culture defines masculinity is ridiculous because it actually defines extreme feminism- in a culture like this the men are definitely not masculine.

Your analysis is flimsy and not well thought out. Also I made you backtrack about short skinny East Asian men who you initally thought they are on par with Pashtuns. Reminds me of the old days when I would always make you backtrack your initial thoughts. haha

After the sexual revolution, Western culture has evolved and is much different today than it was. Today most people in the West dont find mates to have children with so the evolutionary natural selection is out the door. They just want to sexually experiment. They just want a boyfriend/girlfriend for a night, a week, a month or two. They find people who want similar experiments by adding drugs, alcohol, certain lifestyle into the mixture. This is what the whole college/university culture is all about. A society that has a drinking culture usually lose their inhibitions, their shame and anything goes.
This is why you see Arabs, Persians, Afghans, Paki that grow up in the West sometimes or maybe often also fall into this trap thinking this is the norm.

In Afghanistan, when males choose a mate, they mostly look at the health, piety and adab of the girl because he is thinking not just a healthy mate but also about the role model for his kids. He is not thinking about sexual experimentation like in the West. His main thoughts are about his offsprings and the same for the lady.

As for this study, None of this had to do with your Sexual Hierarchy of races regarding Asians.

Ironically, [___this___] whole leg of the discussion is a backtrack from the original claim about Veganism and Testosterone, which lead to your backtrack to Asians and your backtrack now to health markers and attractiveness.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

This research that you linked only used whites. The results are limited. From the authors names, I think the researchers are white too. The authors identity typically should not matter, but biases have to be noted.

Secondly, this research is about fat and attractiveness.

I like curvy apple figure women. These guys might like stick like skinny women..there is a difference on what individuals are atttacted to.
