And trust me when I say this, Punjabis have the least negative sentiment towards the refugees when compared to your brothers in KPK, Muhajirs in Karachi, and now even your cousins in Baluchistan thanks to the ANP.

Genius when majority of terrorists are in FATA then obviously KPK will get more affected. Anyway terrorism causalities has been decreasing since operation Zarb Azb.

2013: 3001 civilians died
2014: 1781 start of operation zarb azb
2015: 905

Last time when less then thousand civilians died in terrorist attacks was back in 2006.
