it's none of our business. how does saying it's none of our business externalize an issue?? we are willing to work on our differences with India and sort them out, it's for you and India to decide what you want to do with yours. besides, why should we abandon our own problems and deal with yours when we have so many of our own??
If Indians raped or murdered your children, you didn't spare theirs either. Even if we were in the position to abandon our own worries to deal with yours, you have not been so kind to us in order for us to want to take that step. You have allowed someone to use your soil and send drones over to our country by which children and women are killed every day. your leaders mock us internationally and when nothing else is happening, you demolish the houses of those refugees that settled up in your deserts and turned it into livable conditions or start sending domestic rockets across the border after every friday's prayer.
we will be friends with whoever we want to be friends with. we wont hold grudges against anyone on behalf of our bullies and most definitely not when they confuse our lack of interest in their issues with other people as "externalizing" a conflict.
