Let me repeat the holes in your claim.
1) Doubtful source from fusaaq
2) No proof that the Taliban take the pashtunwali from the text of their writings
3) No knowledge about the complexities of the actual case. For instance the couple could've admitted to the adultery that happened and one of them could've been married and it was not mentioned in the article. That is if incident even happened
4) single instances of not applying the rule of Allah does not put you under the ayah of kufr rather you are "thalim" or "fasiq" the whole state is not put to blame but the judge who made the ruling.
5)Who is this Qari? I tried researching on him and he is some unknown character. Nobody even knows if he is a Taliban commander or just some other commander fighting alongside the taliban or only loosely allied.
In addition here is an article from the fusaaq you love
criminals
corruption of security forces
and how is working for a government that does not rule by the law of Allah not fisq?
here is the Gen. Qatra mentioned in the article
notice him with the kafir.
this one right here
I find it apauling how much ridiculous arguments you are using to try to protect the afghan security forces and the ridiculous arguments you are using to prove that Taliban don't rule by the sharia. One incident that nobody knows if its even true, nor the details regarding the incident.
