Mu'tazilah thinking, helped create Vast Empires for Muslims, wealth, knowledge and understanding, science, mathematics. All the positives of the endeavors of humanity.

Wahhabis are a sect, they have murdered Muslims for reasons as little as how long someone's beard is or whether they have big grave stones. we know a tree by its fruit. The fruit of others has been sour.
I am no wahabi fan but when have they killed someone for not having a long beard. thats non sense.

      Show you something?

How about talk to Hanfi's, Wahhabi's, various Shia sect, and they all say their interpretation is the right way. Don't twist it like you normally do. Mutazilah is another sect. Their empire fell because of their ways. I dont wanna repeat statements just read my above posts.

I've heard some accounts from people in Afghanistan that it has happened.

Hanafis are just a Madhhab of Fiqh that doesn't even factor into this.

I am getting the strong impression that you don't know what you're talking about, and just are parroting some rhetorical argument without actually knowing ground realities.

Mutazilah didn't fall because of their ways, they fell because people stopped thinking rationally, due to threats by Literalists.

Muslims had plenty of religiosity, there was a time when the Qur'an was the only book people bothered to read, when all they did was pray, fast and pray more. All good things, but did that cure diseases, build economies or fight wars? No, it was intellectual laziness. Religiosity does nothing in itself. IT was the Muslims desire to grow which was why they were initially successful, it was the Muslims desire to be stagnant that lead to their downfall. Not avoiding the Qur'an, because there was plenty of that
now your showing reason with this edit.

Just read the history of Bani Israel. It is the story of Man's relationship with god. How many times has God warn the Hebrews not to stray? But they did, and was sent to exile. The same is happening/ Happened to Muslims. But no more will god send a warner.

I don't care about what sects or "Madhabs" are. I follow and believe in Allah, and the true meanings of of the Quran is with God only. When we die, we shall be blessed with this knowledge inshallah.

That's the problem; you speak on things you don't understand and thus wrongly categorize things.

Nabi(saw) once said differences of opinion are a blessing. So what you perceive as the problem and what the problem actually is are quite different.

This "difference" of opinion has tarnished, and split Islam. So that saying is not relevant to the seriousness of "differing of opinion" of the message of the Quran.

That's your problem: finding something that is of little importance to a statement and blowing it up. A sect is a sect, get over yourself in this matter.

Ok, so it is settled, you're prattling rhetoric ignorantly, case closed.

And your a good run a ducker. Doesn't change what Mutazilah is: just another corrupted sect, or a way of looking at things (what you said). It's hilarious, that all the Mutazilah proselytizing you have done, and you have not won anyone over,

                          Good job bro,

welll you've clearly convinced yourself, find solace in that. The Ikhwan Al Muslimeen's rise to power in Egypt was a Mutazilah victory.

what evidence do you have of this.

nothing wrong with difference of opinion. It is human nature and it is unavoidable. What is needed is a political system that can peacefully have all these different opinions come together and contribute all ideas so the best one can be applied. It is our political system that is the problem, not because their are different sects or different opinions. The current political system leaves no choice but for people to express their opinions violently.
