Whether Muslim population is increasing or decreasing is not much important. The conversion of any nation has least to do with their welfare, happiness or glory.

The ones who are already muslims are antagonistic towards other muslim nations and autocratic towards their own juntas.

The muslim nations have not contributed much to the welfare of humanity and none of them have to offer any solution to the woes of humanity too except some non realistic hopes which contradict their individual and collective national characters. graveyard I was actually searching for the number of people converting to Islam that I stumbled upon the news in the first post (2 millions Muslims converting to Christianity). At first, I tried avoid it and read only the news of my interest (conversions to Islam). Later, the curiosity of a researcher forced me to read it. Then I tried to verify it through google search and found other news about Muslims convertion to Christianity.

why were you searching for how many people converting to Islam?
since christians are allowd to lie to spread their religion than non of your sources can be trusted.

This is not really the question of ghairath and baigharatha. It is a blunder shutting our eyes to the reality. Instead of living in denial, we have to think deeply about the causes i.e., why the dis-illusionment....why has Muslims conversion to Christianity spurred in the last 2-3 decades? The causes have to be found and something has to be done about it. I think the reason is the failure of our societies.

And when I posted the Al-Jazeera interview of Shiekh Tankani, I didn't believe him entirely. I thought, he is exaggerating. Sometimes religious leaders do that to instill fear in their religious followers to rally them behind themselves. But then I found that it may be true e.g., Nigerai in 1953 had 70% Muslim population and 24% Christians but that has changed and now the population proportions are 52% Muslims and 48% Christians.
