On contraire Afghanistan had never had a clearly policy towards Pakistan let alone undermining it. Afghanistan recognized Pakistan only few months after it’s creation by outgoing British Raj---what does recognizing a state means? But then Ali Jennah speech to tribal elders in Peshawar got Afghanistan off guard and made Kabul to realize that Pakistan is not an independent Muslim country but successor of British raj that is bend to continue the forward policy of British Raj towards Afghanistan and Pashtuns. Ali Jannah indicated this policy frontier regulation under deceitful words of Azad Qabahil---where collective punishment and other inhuman policy are still to this day are norms.
Wali khan in his book mentions a conversation he had with Zahir Shah, where he ask the King what Afghanistan means by Pashtunistan…an independent state, part of Afghanistan? Or more resource and freedom under Pakistan…the king referred him to prime minster….Wail khan further writes that if the King didn’t knew the answer he was not naïve to except the minster will.
Ethnic tension and militancy is of recent coming in Afghanistan….If you’d really like to learn about ethnic conflict, then look no further than Pakistan, Iraq or even Iran to get a better perspective. The total sum of violence between battling militias in during 90s Kabul aren’t equivalent to the extreme violence experienced in Iraq during a single month….or what is happening in Baluchistan or Waziristan…and it would get a whole lot worse if the state didn’t exits like it did in Afghanistan… Now THAT’S what I’d call ethnic conflict.

The US demanded the handover of a number of Afghan Taliban leaders which they're still waiting for while they bleed money and lives in Afghanistan. Don't you think that's a better representation of sovereignty than agreeing to handover say, an Al Qaeda militant who Pakistan has no incentive in saving. You seem to have very little understanding of geopolitics and international relations and look at things from a very petty perspective which I think is skewing your opinion.

The whole pashtunistan policy which is why Soviets had so much influence in the country. Kabul always had a non-aggressive relationship with the British Raj in exchange for funds. Kabul was funded by the Brits from Shah Shuja/Dost Mohammad times.
The Pashtunistan policy allowed the Soviets to use Afghanistan(Buffer) against the British Raj(Pakistan) in the Great Game. Like I said to the Pashun wannabe panjabi, you are just tools and not Sovereign.

Afghan refugees are being harassed not over the Durrand Line but rather over the growing frustration among the Pakistan prostitue establishment when it comes to their failure to topple the prostitute Afghan government and bring to power their own prostitute Taliban puppets.

Historically Pakis have had a huge admiration and love for Afghans. Its in the last decade when everything changed. Paki military establishment controls all the media and since most of Pakistanis are retarded, they have been easily brainwashed into blaming Afghan refugees for all their miseries.

For the record the way the prostitute Afghan government is flirting with the Hindutva dalkhor government and also the terrorist attacks in Pakistan backed by NDS are not helping. Durand Line is a dead horse. Pakistan know this, Pathans know this, Indians know this, non Pashtun Afghans know this,.. its just few deluded Afghan Pashtun nationalist who in their stupidity still want us to keep fighting a stronger country for the sake of a wet dream.
