If we go to history, its Pashtun/Afghan not Punjabi or Sindhi people who came into contacts with Ottoman empire and its Oghuz Turkic population, and unlike Desis they were not in awe of Ottomans at all.......Sher Shah Sur had declared himself a caliph (Khalifa) and did not recognize the caliphate claim of Ottomans (which they had acquired in 1517)......earlier Sikander Lodi and Ibrahim Lodi were also calling themselves caliphs.....the Afghan monarchs of India were the only ones to do so, neither Mughals, nor Mahmud Ghaznavi or any Turkic ruler of India declared himself a caliph. Muntakhbul-Tawarikh and Tawarikh-i-Daulat-i-Sher Shahi reveals that Sher Shah sent an ambassador to ottomans, proposing an alliance for conquest of Persia and its subsequent partitioning between two, as its Safavid monarch had given refuge to Humayun. After two centuries, the Ghilzai kings of Persia displayed the same behaviour and refused to acknowledge the caliphate of Ottomans, resulting in a war between the two. Azad Khan and his Ghilzais later became rulers of Azerbaijan (whose Turkic population is same as that of Anatolia) and became neighbor of Ottoman empire.
My turkish friend told me Sher Shah was Turk who established himself in Bihar. Pakistan have huge population of Biharis and many of them are related to him.

Ibrahim Lodi again half Turk and half hindu who ruled Delhi.

The entire population of Chital is 4 lakh (414,000) and that of GB is 18 lakh in which portion of population is Balti (with Tibetan looks).....the desi population (Punjabis, Sindhis and Indian-mohajirs) of Pakistan number more than 15 crores and majority of them have Indian looks.

Chitralis and Gilgat people are close to Nuristan and Wakhi people of Afghanistan respectively, in looks and customs, than to the Hindi Musalman of Pakistan (Punjabi and Sindhi)

I was not serious. Chitralis look like Kashmiris. But the point I was trying to make was that looks of people don't mean much to have good relations. After all people in Kabul look more like Indians then turks yet Afghan-Pak relations are bad.

Do not speak for entire Punjab with rose colored glasses..

Either Tughlaq or Mahmood Ghaznavi sent a horse-mounted army comprising of Awan and Arain from Jalandhar and Anbala under the command of Imam Ali-ul-Haq, an Arain,to capture the rioting town of Sakala near Jammu. Imam captured the town and converted many people to Islam. The town was named Aspalkot which changed to Spalkot and later Sialkot. Imam was martyred in a skirmish and buried in the city. The people who came with him were called Aspal or Spal arain. This sub-tribe also settled in Gujrat and Wazirabad. Arain in boloch in daddar in balochistan.
Cut your Pashtun superiority **** out bro.

ROME: Pakistanis are happier than Indians once again, according to findings of a United Nations-sanctioned report released on Wednesday.

Out of a total 157 countries that were evaluated, Pakistan came in at 92, while India was placed at 118. Both countries have slipped as last year's rankings had Pakistan at 81 and India at 117.

Aiming to "survey the scientific underpinnings of measuring and understanding subjective well-being," the report, now in its fourth edition, ranks countries by happiness levels using factors such as:

Read: I can see Pakistan rise once more.

GDP per capita, healthy years of life expectancy, social support (as measured by having someone to count on in times of trouble), trust (as measured by a perceived absence of corruption in government and business), perceived freedom to make life decisions, and generosity (as measured by recent donations).

Differences in social support, incomes and healthy life expectancy are the three most important factors.

Pakistan 92 , India 118 and Your dear Afghanistan is 158 (second lowest only surpassed by Syria)

Let's talk about real thing. It's not defence.pk dude. You may have a trillion dollar ppp but you can go bankrupt sooner if your export is declining.

I do I just gave you the facts in another thread . You should check that out . You guys are good in things like opium , chars and afeem leave the complicated things to other people .

Pakistan PPP total = $ 1 trillion (25th largest in the world )
Per capita PPP = $ 5100 ( Somewhere in 120's still better than 70-80 other countries)

Corruption Index of Pakistan has improved tremendously over the past 5 years . It was ranked in 130's before it is ranked 117 now . Compared to Afghanistan which is the most corrupt country in the world (No comparison really )

Exports have been declining because the global economy is in decline . It will rise again soon .
