Afghanistan need to sign a treaty with pakistan, gave them their water share and then build enough dams with the help of world bank, in order to become able to stop water flow any time in case pako gets roky.
We will not settle for anything less then 80% of water share. After treaty is signed which will be soon enough, then stoping even 1% of water will be like declaring war on fort of Islam. Even Afghani daddy Bharat never had guts to stop Pakistan share of water once.

Water cannot be stopped even if all of afghani dams are build (maybe in next century). They at most combined will only store 16-17% of water going to Pakistan. So OP Shawarma should stop day dreaming, very pathetic thing to wish in month of Ramadan. Wishing to stop water (let's ignore for a moment that it's impossible) and starve Pakistanis. Not to forget if this ever happened it will mostly effect KPK/FATA areas. Shame on you

According to a document exclusively available with The News, Indian experts have completed the feasibilities and detailed engineering of the 12 projects to be built on the river Kabul. The authorities in Kabul after completing the tendering process will be initiating construction of multi-purpose water projects on the tributaries of the river Kabul with assistance from the international community.

China is investing $200 billion in CPEC which include 3 gigantic dams, Dasu 4260MW, Bhasha 4500MW and Bunji 7100MW. To give afghanis a idea of how gigantic these dams are, just Dasu dam will produce more electricity then combined potential of every afghani dam build in future.

And that's nothing, Pakistan is also going to build dozens of dams which will produce 100.000MW electricity and store water for agriculture. Allah was very kind to Pakistan.

I have been looking at potential of afghani dams, all of them are tiny ones producing between 50-200MW. And combined they will store just 4.7MF of water if ever build, which is less then 1 single dam of Pakistan.

There may be some elements within Taliban willing to do that. However, from what I have gathered in the Afghan media, Taliban movement is supportive of this successful project due to its lasting effect on Afghan economy.

Water is gift from allah, ask anyone he will prefer floods to no water at all. Anyway huge dams are underconstruction on Indus and other rivers to prevent floods in future.

I don't blame India for floods, water cannot be stopped. They don't have button to stop water at will.

I know you have grievances against Pakistani state and the people who have supported their policies. You are more than welcome in this forum to inform us and the world about the plight of your people but please don't resort to insults and generalizations against whole ethnic groups which only leads to more insults from the other side and the important part of your messege which is to exlose the injustices done to your people is lost.

I don't want to ban you because you have been here a long time so take a chill pill and express your opinions without resorting to insults even though you might feel you are fully justified to do so.

I know this guy from other forums since 2002-03.He lived in Pakistan if i am not wrong.

i lost contact with him but having talked to my friend aryan some years back,He told me that this baloch guy killed a woman and a minor daughter of her in his town ahd left the country. Now he's considered as a terrorist in his town and his relatives suffered in the past because of his barbarism.

I agree he was a good person in the beginning but ever since he started to work for uzair baloch and other baloch leaders in exile he has become a animal in human form
